I stayed at the Alatau Hotel in Pavlodar and was very pleased! The room was clean, cozy, everything you needed was at hand: TV, hairdryer, comfortable bed. I especially liked that there is a shared kitchen on the floor — you can safely cook something for yourself without leaving the hotel. The staff is polite and friendly, immediately helped to check in and answered all questions. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, ideal for relaxing after a busy day. The hotel is conveniently located — close to shops, bus stops and even close to attractions. I will definitely stop here again next time. Thank you for the comfort and pleasant service

A wonderful hostel. Check-in was later, payment upon arrival. We were at competitions, we came late, we left early. Attitude is the most important thing. Some incredibly friendly, worried, helpful owner. Rooms without windows are the best place to sleep. Ventilation and cleanliness. Toilet and shower and kitchen are shared, there is a sauna. There are cafes, shops nearby, and a 10-minute walk to the train station. It is ideal for the economy option.

The hotel is located on the ground floor. Shared shower, shared dining room, shared toilet. The staff is very good. I booked rooms there out of ignorance of the city. We needed to be near an industrial area.
