The windows of the 1st building on the 1st side overlook the road (although it is small, but in the morning at 6 o'clock a garbage truck arrives and rumbles, spoiling the whole dream), and on the other side into the courtyard above the trash. A pack of stray dogs walks along the beach. At night they give under the windows, and during the day they lie down next to the sun loungers. But the worst thing is that our company of 6 people was sick all week. They explained to us that this is a rotovirus, which everyone is talking about. But!!! Right next to the hotel there are gutters that (especially after 24 hours) they stink terribly of sewage!!! As the locals explained to us, there is no SES service in the city!!! And I REALLY wanted to cancel the work of the tour desk at the hotel. We asked for a tour to the waterfalls for 6 people. They promised us, they took the money. But when we arrived, it turned out that we were going with other people. To our indignation, they replied that the tour for 6 costs other money. But it had to be said when we bought the tour. Why cheat? As a result, the trip to Abkhazia was a big disappointment. And nostalgia for the magnificent resort of the USSR times

Люкс номер очень понравился, большой, удобный. Вода в санузле немного волнообразно идет и меняется температура. Вид с балкона шикарный. По питанию вкусно, мясо отлично готовят, не хватает ассортимента-несколько однообразно, но голодными не останетесь. Персонал вежливый, уборка в номерах ежедневно, бельё хрустящее, свежее. На нулевом этаже водолечебница, на первом спа с бассейном и банями. На улице подогреваемые бассейны с морской и пресной водой. Собственный пляж, неплохая команда аниматоров, есть боулинг на территории и кафе с Эйфелевой башней. Места для курения организованы. Магазины в пешей доступности.

The first hotel from which I wanted to leave for the 3rd day of my stay. It all started with the settlement. When we entered the corridor of the 4th floor of the 1st building, it immediately became clear that the 4 stars that we are used to in Sochi, Anapa, and even Arkhipo-Osipovka are completely different stars than in Abkhazia. We decided to visit Abkhazia for the first time. The rooms on the 4th floor are old: worn carpet, an old bathroom with mold, the smell in the room is dizzying, I'll just keep silent about the style of the floor - this is for a strong amateur. We changed the room on the 5th floor, it is clear that the repair was small, but everything is so old: oilcloth curtains, furniture that has been tired for a long time, a faucet without chrome coating, a heated towel rail with rust that ruined our things, a chair with old stains, as if from a garbage dump. The bed, by the way, is not a double bed, but 2 single beds with a hole in the middle. WiFi is only available in the middle of the corridor, if the number is deleted, keep in mind that there will be no connection. The second building is new, but the rooms are smaller than in the first one. There is practically no territory, there is direct access to the sea, into which sewage drains from the entire street, the smell is terrible in the evenings. There is no embankment as such either. In the middle of the sea there are breakwaters at the bottom, my husband broke his head diving. The food is tolerable, monotonous, sometimes delicious, sometimes not, there will be no frills, but you will not stay hungry either. Two swimming pools and a small children's pool. At the reception, I clarified about the processing, they confidently replied that it is processed every evening, I have never seen it. We purchased rotovirus from the pool already on the 1st day of our stay. The whole family. Even before swimming in the sea with sewage, I consider it a success. The whole hotel is sick. Even bags are put in the bedside tables specially when cleaning.
Which is one of the advantages. Nature. There is always warm water, although sometimes there is a weak pressure. There is always light. There are many shops and pharmacies around, the prices are all the same. The husband did medical procedures at the hotel. Laps and mattresses on the communal pool. The room cleaning is of high quality, the staff of maids is very pleasant. There is animation for children and adults, but very weak. The playground is small and uninteresting, but it is there, the children's room is open only from 15 to 17, but it is there, the children's pool is small, but it is there, at the reception the administrators do not solve the issues, but they are there. We made an order at a restaurant, and they messed up there. In short, if it were possible to return the cost for the rest of the unlived days and fly away, we would do so, but this is not provided for in the contract. We will never return to Abkhazia in 4 stars again, and indeed to Abkhazia. It feels like we have greatly overpaid for such a quality holiday and wasted the days of such a long-awaited vacation.

Великолепный отель на берегу моря.
Звезд порядка 4. Качество стандартных номеров - хорошее, видно что хорошо посещаем. Но уборка ежелневная, чисто, приятно. Достаточно тихо.
В номере халаты и всё что необходимо для легкого перекуса.
В отеле два бассейна с теплой водой 28°. Есть маленький бассейн для детей.
Отдельное восхищение-завтраки, обеды и ужины. Сам ресторан очень классный. Еда разнообразная и всё очень вкусно. Всё собственного производства на 99% из ассортимента.
СПА комплекс неплохой. Но по ценам желательно вначале уточнять. А то можно приятно удивиться на выходе из него.
Принимают переводы.

Всё понравилось! Отель классный! Жили в новом корпусе на 6 этаже с видом на море с 26.06.2023 по 06.07.2023. КРАСОТА! Каждый день уборка, полотенца и белье меняли на третий день. Ежедневно бутылка воды 1,5 л. Всё чистенько, горничные - приветливые. Еда нормальная, можно выбрать! В ресторане администратор и обслуживающий персонал внимательный и услужливый! Пляж с шезлонгами и зонтиками, чистый, всегда есть место позагорать, охранники следят! На ресепшене администраторы - профессионалы, готовы выполнить любую просьбу!
Расположение отеля хорошее, 1-я береговая! Ездили вновь на Рицу! Всё таки природа в Абхазии - это отдельная песня! В отеле можно заказать любую экскурсию.
Напротив отеля есть винный магазин, рекомендую 👍 вино - класс!
Второй раз были, первый в 2019, нам нравиться в Алексе отдыхать!

Of the 7 days of rest, we spent 4 days with rotavirus or some kind of intestinal infection. The child vomited in the night, she collected and cleaned what she could, called the maid to change the linen, and this is for a fee, it is so necessary not to respect her clients, so that, knowing in advance that everyone is the first in this hotel to feel bad and take money for it! Medicines in the pharmacy are like a wing from an airplane, even here they earn on someone else's misfortune! Disgusting food, there is food for the sick, but it is also disgusting! There is no beach of its own, and you don't need a beach where the sewage drains - a terribly smelly river flows from the hotel directly into the sea, next to the beach! The only employees I would like to mention are the girl Laura from the spa area, Svetlana from the children's room and our maid, from the 4th floor, unfortunately, I do not know her name. These are the only people who really support their cause! If there was such an opportunity, I would be happy to send all the checking authorities to this hotel, but! This is Abkhazia!

We have been at this hotel since 06/04/2024, having read positive reviews. I wouldn't be surprised if they really remove the negative ones. I can't say anything good. It definitely doesn't pull at 4* , especially the terrible tasteless food, the complete lack of choice and variety. Terrible compotes diluted with water, tender meat from veins and films. The territory is very small, it is just practically non-existent. You'll be lucky if you get a sea view. A view of the mountains is a view of a garbage dump, which is naturally ignored. I don't recommend it. We are very disappointed.

We went to the room with a PC in the old building, the bathtub was clogged, not cleaned, it was impossible to wash from the road, the bathroom always smells terribly of sewage, at least they put fresheners or aroma sticks, but there is none of this. Also, the whole mosaic falls off in the bathroom, the toilet is wobbly, there are no disposable toothbrushes, as well as slippers. The lock on the bathroom door doesn't work either.
We settled in with a small child without a place, so they didn't put a pillow on him, and the administrator refused to give one, the other helped out.
The children's pool is outdoors and without rubber mats, it is very slippery for children on the tile, and there are doubts about its daily cleaning. Tables next to the children's pool without an umbrella, it is impossible to sit in the sun!
Further in the description of the hotel there is supposedly a private beach - this is not true! There are no fences, go who wants and how he wants and no one is watching this. There is a thread on the pebbles through which everyone walks.
Nearby, sewage drains into the sea, literally every 200 meters. And of course rotavirus has not bypassed us!
The only plus is the food at Hemingway, varied, pleasant service, clean. Well, the hotel staff is polite and helpful.
For that kind of money, you can't go to a hotel in this condition anymore!
This is a maximum 3 star hotel, at least the old building!

Были в мае. Нам очень понравился отель. Рекомендую! Чисто, уютно, хорошее не навязчивое обслуживание. Расположение первая линия, территория ухоженая. 2 бассеина, один с морской водой- очень теплый, второй с пресной- боллее прохладный. Питание в ресторане- выбор не большой, но голодными мы не оставались. Всегда было что по есть. Еда свежая, вкусно. Персонал приветливый.

We stayed at this hotel in July. The hotel is absolutely not worth the money, when checking in they did not even help with the luggage, they gave us a card and told us where to go, we went to the room and realized that the card did not work, did not open the door, I went back to the reception, but there was no one there, the girl just got up and went somewhere, and she was not it was 20 minutes, the guard tried to call her, but she didn't pick up the phone.... The only plus is the room - modern, clean. Strangers came to the beach with their towels.

Добрый день, майские праздники провел В городе Гагра, это мое первое знакомство с Абхазией) .
Для проживания был выбран Отель Alex Resort.
Номера чистые, комфортные, шведская линия вкусная , продукты в ассортименте.
Понравилась близость к морю буквально 50 метров .
Персонал вежливый.
Утренняя зарядка коллективная очень понравилась.
Первые дни пребывания шли дожди и сильный туман был над горами , хорошо ,что в отеле есть SPA было чем себя занять.
Но когда вышло Солнце ☀️ Вся Абхазия заиграла всеми красками своего великолепия .
Наступило время изучения территории пребывания)
Удобно конечно когда все экскурсии можно забронировать в холле отеля!!.
Вобщем мое первое знакомство с Абхазией удалось.

Отдыхала в апреле в Алексе, в восторге от уровня санатория! Помимо удобных номеров с хорошими кроватями, удобной душевой с пушистыми белоснежными полотенцами и халатами, четырёх бассейнов, ухоженной территории, удобнейшего местоположения и близости моря, красивейшего ресторана с вкусными завтраками, ароматным заварным кофе, кроме самой очень атмосферой Абхазии, безусловно положительное впечатление оставили персонал отеля! Начиная с общения с московским менеджером Еленой, которая очень внимательно отнеслась ко всем просьбам и учла все пожелания, работники отеля были очень гостепреимны, радушны и вежливы, и на ресепшене, и в ресторане, и уборщицы, и сотрудники спа. Спасибо за эту атмосферу отдыха и позитива, которая сложилась благодаря коллективу, отпуск удался!!!

Hello! We are having a rest with the whole family at Alex Resort & SPA Hotel 4* in Gagra.
Of the positive aspects, I would like to note the location on the seashore, beautiful sunsets, in general, the room is normal, cleaning is daily and the bed is changed every other day.
NOOO!!!! There is a huge negative experience for our family !!! Firstly, these are dirty, muddy pools in which rotovirus lives !!!
Secondly, disgusting breakfasts and, in general, food in this A LA restaurant ... and it's not even a small choice, but the quality of cooking. Horror, the first time I write like this. Since I thought is it possible to cook an omelet badly, cook porridge, cook compote, it turns out it is possible.
We sat down in the evening and went to dinner, you can eat, but damn tasteless!!! My husband ordered meat in Abkhazian ... it turned out to be boiled tasteless beef with onions and tomatoes, it felt like everything was cooked separately, and then combined. Beef is like a sole (It seems that soup was first cooked on meat), vegetables are like porridge straight BE.
And the poor waitresses, or rather from the absence, there was one tortured Anna, but she tried to be positive, the one behind the bar is well, not very friendly.
Third, ants!!!! On the first day, the cleaner was warned that there were ants, zero reaction. On the second day, through the administrator, she asked to process them again, then in the evening she "caught" the cleaner and she laid out the pellets. I would have processed it myself, but in stores only dichlofos (((
Bottom line: the week of rest was spoiled ((( children vomited (they went to the hospital, she was right next to) adults were also "sausage" and a white sanfayans friend was a companion of rest …
I strongly do not recommend the hotel until the management takes action:
1. To establish a pool cleaning system (not the way D. Vasya came in the morning, looked at the pool and left), it is to maintain the pools qualitatively, to wash it. And not just pour bleach !!!
2. Solve the issue with the staff in the "restaurant" (quotes, because the level of a bad dining room with a beautiful interior)

For the first time I decided to go on vacation to Abkhazia, to Gagra. The choice fell on this hotel. Rested from 14.08.23 to 29.08.23.with my son. I booked a standard room with a sea view in building no.2. The airport-hotel-airport transfer was ordered through the hotel. I really liked everything. Clean cars, excellent drivers. On the way back, the driver was very kind and we calmly stopped at Duty free when leaving Abkhazia, for which we thank him very much. And now about the hotel. The overall impression is excellent! I want to note right away that the hotel team is very friendly, responsive, attentive! We stopped by the hotel at about 11 am, and by 12 o'clock we were already settled.While waiting, we went to have lunch at the hotel restaurant in the building where the reception is located. Delicious dishes, compotes / lemonades are gorgeous!(But this is generally a feature of Abkhazia, in all the places where we were very tasty homemade compotes from dogwood, feijoa). The room is new, clean, the view from the balcony is incredible!Room cleaning is regular. The hotel provides towels for the beach. You can change it when it's convenient. There are 2 swimming pools on site. We took a dip in each one only on the day before departure, as we swam on the sea all the days. The hotel has a fenced area, a plastic card is issued upon check-in, from which you can go to the embankment, beach and dining room.The beach is its own, there are no problems with sun beds and umbrellas at all, vacationers do not interfere with each other and do not stand on each other's heads. On the beach there is an opportunity to rent a Sap for swimming (500 rubles / hour). We took and gladly went far into the sea to ride and swim. Every morning animators came to the beach and tried to raise the vacationers to exercise and club dance, but the most responsive were the children). As for the food in the dining room, to be honest, I really liked the breakfasts (I was especially impressed with oatmeal porridge with milk, I've never eaten tastier, although I don't like porridge, but lunches and dinners are not very. I must say right away, no one will remain hungry. There was always meat, chicken, fish, fresh and stewed vegetables. But it didn't taste good to me. Again, this is mine and very subjective!In the dining room they cook dry.rations if you leave early for excursions.It's quite satisfying for me - a sandwich, necessarily some fruit, a bottle of water, juice and something sweet.
I have never been ill with a disease that is so common on the Black Sea coast-rotovirus, norovirus or whatever it is, but unfortunately this fate did not pass me or my son and no one at the hotel, as well as no one during this period of vacation on the coast. There was even an announcement about it at the reception when checking in. To say that it was bad is to say nothing. I thought I was going to die. but! again, about the hotel staff. My son was the first to get sick and I immediately rushed to the reception to find out where the nearest pharmacy was, the reception staff said to contact the round-the-clock med.the sister who is on duty at the hotel. The first son went to the reception. Med.my sister gave him 2 injections (by the way, it's free) and after 40-60 minutes my son felt better, I was the next one for treatment. The procedure was repeated with me - 2 injections and, accordingly, medications that I had already bought on the spot. I want to say that the hotel is very clearly ready for those who are ill. In the dining room, jelly, chamomile tea, rose hip drink and ration crackers. When it gets a little easier and you can start eating something on the diet table. The disease at sea has nothing to do with the hotel. It should be understood that with a temperature of +37C of air and +29C of water, naturally all sorts of bacteria are activated in the sea... The fact that my son and I lost a couple of days of the sea honestly upset me(. The hotel has a SPA area. I went for body wraps and massages. I really liked it! There is a tour desk near the reception. You can buy excursions without leaving the hotel, there are also a lot of racks with excursions around the city, I didn't see any difference in price and programs.
Before going to Abkhazia, I read a lot of different reviews about this country, that it is a scoop, the service is terrible, the attitude of the host party to the guests is very bad.I was driving in maximum panic. My impression is that the service is excellent, not only in the hotel, but also in cafes, shops, on excursions. People are very welcoming, friendly, responsive. I didn't meet any negativity. Yes, in some ways it may be slower than in Moscow. But I was in no hurry, I came to relax and enjoy the sea, the sun and the warmth. There's plenty of entertainment. There are interesting places where you can eat delicious food, a lot of things to see on excursions. I didn't have 2 weeks, I just got to know the country a little bit. The fact that there are a lot of destroyed buildings-yes, but there is some color in it. As for prices... I always envy people who go on vacation for twenty rubles. So I didn't get a damn budget vacation. I cannot say that Abkhazia is cheap. No, it's not cheap, but I liked it overall!

We stayed at this hotel in a new building in September 2023.the building is nice, clean, we had a sea view, super .Landscapes and nature are five of the advantages. That's all. The food in the restaurant is not edible , the monotonous cook has to be driven into the neck so many products spoil . The rooms are great, but the sound insulation is 0! I can hear everything in many hotels and countries this has happened for the first time. And the saddest thing is rotavirus is everywhere there and there is no antidote. It's just terrible!!! No more setting foot in the hotel or in the country.

I'll put a solid 4 and write why! The food is average, although the chefs are directly squeezed out of what they have, but apparently the management does not want to worry too much about the buffet food assortment! I have been to this hotel 3 times because it is close to the sea and there are two pools! But there is no gym, they can't even hang a horizontal bar for three years in a row. Rotovirus in swimming pools is thriving with a bang! Apparently there are no cleanups! At least they added bleach.

We stopped at this hotel on 06/03/24, by phone, when booking a room, the administrator offered two room options (mountain view and sea view), with the possibility to change the view if something does not suit. Upon arrival, we saw that we had a view not only of the mountains, but also of the construction site, garbage and rusty roofs. We repeatedly approached the reception with a request to change the room, but the girls reacted extremely rudely to our requests. The number was not changed for us.The vacation was ruined

Прекрасный отель на берегу моря , с двумя подогреваемыми открытыми бассейнами , посещение которых в холодное время года позволяет насладиться купанием в морской воде .
Чистые , уютные номера в прекрасном состоянии , есть чайник , холодильник . Ежедневно убираются и меняют полотенца , воду 1.5 л бутылку - также ежедневно приносят . Находится недалеко от границы , ехать минут 30. Дорога до аэропорта Сочи , занимает примерно час с прохождением границы , но это в не сезон . Я была в марте 2023.
Отель расположен в Гаграх прям на берегу моря , множество кафешек , магазинчиков рядом . В отеле есть сауна , хамам , множество спа процедур - Массажи , обертывания , ванны и т.д
В этом отеле приятно проводить время в любое время года .
Что касается еды - у меня был включён только завтрак . Шведский стол - вкусный , довольно таки разнообразный - все есть для плотного завтрака , так и для диетического стола . Все невероятно вкусно - особенно блинчики с мясом !

Отель очень понравился. Было с чем сравнивать. Своя большая закрытая территория. Все ухожено, чисто. Два открытых бассейна: с пресной и морской водой. Бар обслуживает и у бассейна. Есть спа, водолечебница, бювет с минеральной водой. Свой пляж с шезлонгами, зонтиками. Место для купания огорожено. Уборка ежедневная. Персонал внимательный. Есть медицинские услуги. Питание хорошее(но это у кого какие требования). Нам все понравилось

We rested there in the year 24. I liked everything very much. Service, pools, rooms, private beaches. Of course, rotovirus has not bypassed me and my family, but you can't blame the hotel for this! Take a walk around the neighborhood and you'll figure it out for yourself.

Отдыхали с 12 сентября 2023, отличный отель, в номере чисто , уборка каждый день, все белоснежное! Питание 3х разовое вкусно и разнообразно! Соблюдение санпин норм, что очень важно в период ротовируса.Собственный пляж, шезлонги и зонтики.
Советую, кто выбирает качество и бюджетно.

Отличное расположение отеля на первой линии. 10 метров до шикарного пляжа. Чистый уютный номер с балконом, видом и на море и на горы. В номере есть всё, что нужно. При необходимости можно взять посуду из ресторана. На территории 2 подогреваемых бассейна с пресной и морской водой. Для тех, кто не умеет плавать, в бассейне с морской водой отличный «поручень». Неплохие завтраки, вкусный кофе и офигенное варенье) Приветливый персонал. Из минусов: ужасная звукоизоляция. И зимой нужно одеяло. При стоимости 3500 за сутки с завтраком — идеально

We lived in the second building on the 2nd floor. Sea view. The first line. The sunset was watched directly from the room. A new, clean, modern room. It feels like we are the first tenants in it. Towels are changed and the room is cleaned every day. Clean bottled water every day. Even the cups were changed after drinking tea. The snow-white bed linen is changed every 4 days, at our request it was changed two days later. The bed size is 180 cm wide!!! Air conditioning and air purification even in the corridors. The price includes a Finnish sauna, access to three swimming pools. For an additional fee.A beautiful hammam can be rented for a fee. Buffet breakfasts are included in the price. The food is very tasty and fresh. A wonderful stay in such a hotel, one of the hotels where I would love to return again.

Обслуживание на 4. Еда не самая разнообразная, но всегда вкусно и сытно. Тут вы не найдете шведский стол с выбором из десятков блюд на первое-второе. Спа центр замечательный, с проблемами и болями в любых частях тела это прямо по адресу. Слышимость соседей в номерах в целом довольно громкая, но в пределах допустимого. Wi-fi ловит в номере скажем прямо не везде, чем ближе к двери тем лучше и стабильнее сигнал)) Пляж в шаговой доступности, галечный, камни крупные, прогреваются на ура. Два бассейна, один с пресной, второй с соленой водой, оба подогреваемые. Не самые большие, но в целом места хватает чтобы не толкаться в воде и нормально поплавать если вдруг не хотите на море. В целом советую к посещению если не у вас нет подсознательной тяги с роскоши и ожиданий как от дорогих отелей 5*

It was the most terrible vacation. Every second person in the hotel has an infectious bacillus, and most likely it's the hotel itself, because they say they drain the sewer into the sea there.. The food in the restaurant is just disgusting, and even more so after poisoning. Prices for everything are at least twice as high as in Moscow. It is better to take care of your health and not go there on vacation!

Believe the bad reviews - they are true. The hotel is a hotbed of rotovirus, every second person is sick. The food is bad - everything is monotonous and tasteless. Enterosgel in their pharmacy is 2 times more expensive than in Moscow (even they profit from diseases). The hotel has no territory, except for the pools and the road to the beach. There are no cosmetics in the rooms (only soap in the dispenser). In general, the hotel is not worth the money and 4 stars.

Отель это для меня оказался неожиданным приятным сюрпризом. На ресепшене девочки внимательные, все делают быстро, и профессионально. При заезде нас угостили вином, очень приятно и вкусно. Ресторан отеля лючше всех похвал!!! Весной, а я была в марте, когда море радует только свои внешним видом и чистым воздухом можно на улице плавать в бассейне с теплой водой. Разве это не прелестно в марте на чисто воздухе, когда все кутаются в куртки плавать в бассейне. Номера чистые, классика. Место расположения первая береговая линия. Рекомендую всем. Пока.

Еда шведский стол. выбор блюд большой на любой вкус. Все вкусно В путевку входил только завтрак. Сами так выбрали, чтобы не привязывать себя днем к отелю и поездить по Абхазии, но при желанию можно на месте дозаказать и обед и ужин, чем мы в последний день, устав от поездок, и сделали. Жили в главном корпусе на 5 этаже. номер просторный, оборудован всем необходимым. Несмотря на то, что отдыхали с 23.02 по 26.02 23г. т.е на длительные выходные при большом наплыве отдыхающих, обслуживающий персонал со своими обязанностями справлялся на отлично уборка номера выполнялась ежедневно и в наше отсутствие.

We rested at the hotel twice, both times in November in different years. I will not compare it with other hotels, I will evaluate it separately.
One of the advantages is a very cool location, on the shore of the sea. There are three pools that are not very cold, around 23 degrees (although they write 26). They are very clean. The room has a balcony. There is free sauna time, and a font in the building.
Of the cons. I'll bring breakfast and other meals here. They're not exactly bad, and they're not exactly good. Monotonous and some not tasty. But what will you find to eat. In the dining room will have to stand in line)) there are not enough places for everyone and everyone is in a hurry to come the very first, because then the range of food is smaller. So also the cafe administrator can ask you to sip tea and ... a cockroach was seen in the room. And probably the biggest minus is that out of my company of 4 people, three feel the symptoms of poisoning or rotovirus! I can't say that the hotel is to blame, but we are all united by the food in the hotel and the water from the room. There are warnings about rotovirus all around and there are even medical offices. Agree suspiciously. In general, it's up to you, but this is clearly not a 4-star hotel.

Большое спасибо за прекрасный отдых!!! Шикарный вид из номера!!! Всё чисто, аккуратно! Уборка каждый день! Девочки на рессепшн очень вежливые и всегда и во всём помогут!!! Единственное надо разнообразить меню в ресторане "хемингуэй".

They take half a day for tastings, the bus is old with clips, they give 30 minutes to new Athos from just the whole day. Do not buy alcohol at the store around the corner. And generally be careful. Отличный отель, конечно по звездности немножко уступает, для Абхазии 100 баллов, море близко, бассейны классные, ХАМАМ ЛУЧШИЙ ИЗ ВСЕХ ГДЕ Я БЫЛА, огромное спасибо персоналу, очень дружеские отношения у всех, как минус и для других отдыхающих нет средств личной гигиены,зубных щёток, паста, шампуней, берите с собой. Алекс Резорт у вас всё хорошо, буду вашим гостем всегда, спасибо!!!
