The AlexHost provider ordered 5 annual servers in the UK and 1 server with monthly payment. About a month ago, the provider unilaterally changed the IP addresses on all servers without prior notice. As a result, all sites stopped working and were unavailable for about a day. Later, on June 9 and 10, 2026, the servers became unavailable again, which is why all sites were down again. Due to the constant problems with the availability of servers, I contacted the provider with a request to return the remaining funds to the balance, but was refused. Based on the described experience, I do not recommend using the services of this provider.
