Extremely unsatisfactory operation of the branch and ATM. I come here about once a week, and with enviable regularity, the ATM is either not working or there is no cash in it. Such instability makes the use of the branch simply pointless. The work of the office itself is organized inefficiently. In fact, there is only one sales register. I took the ticket at 11:29, and at 11:30 the cashier took a break for 15 minutes. Work resumed only at 11:45 a.m., after which a customer entered the cash register with a large number of coins — the service took about 30 minutes. At the same time, the individual and business service desks continued to receive customers, and the system automatically directed everyone to the same single cashier. As a result, I, being the next in line, spent about an hour waiting, being the second in a row.

Please add another specialist for working with individuals. I put two stars instead of one only for the speed of the cashier and the overall politeness of the staff. Waiting in line is simply unbearably long, you sit for hours. It's only because people are freaking out and leaving that your turn is somehow moving.

The department is beautiful, the location is convenient, and the advantages are over. The staff is on their own wavelength, they are not interested in customers. People are sitting in line, waiting, they will accept, and then they exchange hi-haha for another 5 minutes between each client. It seems like only the cash register is working, apparently the rest also need to be seated like at school, so that they discuss their business less.
