This point indicates the need to improve navigation on the bank's website. An intuitive and convenient branch search system would greatly simplify the lives of customers. After visiting the department itself, I noticed its modest size and, contrary to weekday expectations, a large number of visitors. Perhaps this is due to the popularity of the bank or the specifics of the area, but the fact remains that I had to spend time waiting. As for the quality of the service, it did not make an impression of special friendliness. The staff performed their duties, but there was no genuine interest in helping customers. In general, my experience cannot be called unambiguously negative, but there are certain aspects that the bank should work on to improve the level of customer service.
