The department's premises are small in size. In the main hall there are several open-space client tables with managers for working with individuals and one for working with legal entities. The branch has one cash register, which sometimes causes difficulties with queues. The room is always clean and the staff is customer-oriented. A little further in the building there is a separate entrance to the VIP area for VIP clients, which is made as comfortable as possible and includes a reception, waiting areas, a separate ticket window and several meeting rooms. I have not personally noticed any special differences in the attitude of staff towards visitors of different status (VIP and non-VIP), which, I think, can be called a plus. It is best to visit for consultation or contacting the cashier from 10-12, with fewer visitors. The waiting time in the queue is situational, but I never had to stay longer than 20 minutes. A good department.

The consultants' absolute incompetence, complete misunderstanding or purposely hiding the fact of what is happening with bank cards and transfers abroad. They do not explain what sanctions and restrictions are currently imposed. The feeling is that it's worth setting up an internal company to push your broken cards to everyone. There is no application, it constantly asks for a password, although there is a check mark to remember the password, the balance is not updated. I strongly advise against this bank. Go to any other Belarusian where there will be no restrictions. In general, the impression is negative. The most expensive commission for opening (250 BYN), but in fact it turns out to be a piece of non-working plastic.

The room is small, there are a lot of people. You feel like a sardine in a jar. There are only two people in the service of individuals. And there's only one cash register. If you are in a hurry, then it is pointless to come here, the waiting time will be at least 30 minutes. And you'll be standing in line. The staff are polite and helpful and I work quickly, but with such a stream of people they are constantly busy.
