I booked the pills by phone, and the reservation was approved. When I came to buy them and informed the pharmacist about it, she became confused and began to rush from side to side. In the end, she said that my pills had been given to other people who had come before me. The girl explained that someone had stated that he had a reservation, and they just gave him a pack, apparently without specifying any details. The reservation was made to my phone number, and all pharmacies always asked for it before selling. This is a very irresponsible attitude towards customers. I had to urgently go to another city to get pills, because I can't miss an appointment. In Soligorsk, they were only in this pharmacy. I hope that this case will be addressed so that other clients do not find themselves in the same situation.
