The attitude towards customers is at zero. I pre-signed up for a haircut, arrived at the appointed time - there is no record and, therefore, no one served me. The administrator claimed that no one could answer my call at 18:50, she closed the salon at 18:00 the day before, while the navigator says that the salon is open until 19:00. It's just that the salon is no longer the same, it creates a disgusting impression.
