We had an appointment with Dmitry Viktorovich Buz, an allergist. There are no questions about the doctor's competence — the specialist is excellent, he scheduled a repeat appointment in a month. The work of the registry was extremely disappointing. On our first visit, the receptionist promised to put us on a waiting list and said they would call us back within a month. However, there is no transparency in practice. When we call again, the staff gets confused about whether we are in the queue or not. It is impossible to achieve specifics: neither our number on the list, nor an understanding of the principle by which this queue moves. At first, they announced the deadline of a month, now they say: "Wait for two months, if you don't get a call back, dial yourself." It turns out to be a "blind" waiting for a call without any guarantees that the patient has not been forgotten. It is very unpleasant to face such an attitude, especially when it comes to treating a child.
