The phone was sent to the service center, and the receipt was taken from my son. It turns out that the consumer bought a new phone, and the repaired one will be returned to his hands. Moreover, he did not pay for a used phone, but paid for a new device. And if the phone doesn't return before my son leaves for the salon, neither the money nor the phone will be returned to him. Are you guys serious? I ask you to resolve this issue on 15.08 by either refunding the funds or replacing them with a new phone without defects, otherwise I will file a pre-trial claim and further demand compensation for the days when the buyer could not use the phone, and the funds were with the seller. I hope for a peaceful resolution of the situation. Ps: Teach your sales people how to communicate. When my relatives said that they had come to stay and would be returning to their country soon and asked to resolve the issue faster, the employee said that if he had come to another country, he would not have bought anything there so as not to face such problems.
