Sometimes I had to wait for days for the specialist's answers in the chat, and when the car purchase deal did take place, on the way to my region, I discovered a number of malfunctions that were obviously known to the pickers, but hidden by them. The stove finally broke down, antifreeze leaked into the car, and, as it turned out, a handkerchief was tied to the cables, which contained this accident. In addition, the wrong-sized spare wheel on the wrong mount began to unwind, and the headlights shone in different colors in different directions. Small plastic parts in the cabin fell off when the windows were opened and closed, the oven shutters were broken and did not work correctly, the panel's backlight was barely working.… In this condition, they "picked up" a car for 200,000 tenge. I was refused a pre-trial claim for a refund for a poorly rendered service and damages for repairs, and therefore I am preparing a lawsuit. I am extremely disappointed with the "selection" of the car and the attitude towards myself as a customer. They chose a car with a decent appearance and pushed it off so that it would get behind sooner. The fact that the car is not in the condition it should be in after the pick-up was recognized, but they refused to take responsibility.
