A good hotel at reasonable prices, located inside the MKAD. We rented a superior single room with my husband for a week. Cleaning and change of towels daily. The room has a set of dishes, a kettle, a hairdryer, 2 armchairs, a bed, a TV, a telephone. There were no bathrobes, but we didn't need them. There is a cafe downstairs where breakfast and lunch are served. There are shops nearby. Separately, I would like to cancel the cleanliness of the room. A great place to stay for a short time.

The room in almaz was not ready to move in: dirty, dusty, someone else's hair. A faulty shower, the water was flowing for a day. The administrator was informed about the leak of the pipe on the day of check-in.

The cleanliness is at the highest level both in the room and outside. The linen is perfectly clean. There is a shared kettle, microwave and iron in the hallway. There is no hair dryer. Of the free buns, only the "daily" soap, but every day. Cleaning is free daily. For smokers, there are smoking rooms on every floor and, of course, on the street. There is a bar and a cafe on the ground floor. There are breakfasts, but we didn't charge a price like 9₽ per person. The admin is super, explained and prompted everything, very friendly and friendly. The location of the hotel is quiet, there is Parking for cars.

The linen is snow-white, the plumbing is shiny. The disadvantages are stains on the carpet, a kettle on the hallway (in the foyer) and a microwave in the same place. Friendly and attentive staff. If we have to spend the night in the capital, we will arrive without hesitation. It's not 5 stars, but it's decent!

The room was not cleaned, you can only see that the toilet and sink are being cleaned. There's dust and dirt on the floor, the wallpaper is scuffed, and there's a hole in the linoleum under the bed. A bare wire was sticking out of the wall near the ceiling 👍🏻 On the 3rd floor, where the room was rented, the corridor resembles a dormitory during renovation. We stayed for 2 nights. But the garbage, apparently, is taken out every day.
