The hotel is located in a residential area, on the side of the MKAD, they found it very quickly.

There was a dirty towel in the room, it was replaced at my request. The mattress is sagging, the windows are old. But the cafe has delicious and inexpensive set lunches (breakfasts and dinners). For 8 rubles, I ordered dumplings in a pot with broth and sour cream, tea, a chocolate bar and a bun. The food is delicious, the girl at the checkout is polite and neat.

The horror! I booked a hotel a month in advance.
I arrived and paid more money to be checked in before 12 o'clock in the afternoon. It was Monday. I paid for it on Friday inclusive. And she asked me to book a room, and I will extend it until Saturday ( but on Thursday ). They promised that they had booked. I came to pay for the reservation from Friday to Saturday, on the very Thursday I promised. Iiiii.... They tell me that for two weeks now, this date has been booked for the room I was in. Wow!!!!
I called all the hotels in Minsk about the girl at the reception, of course, there were no empty seats anywhere for the date I needed. No one apologized.
Instead of apologizing, I was offered the only available room!!! Luxury!!! For the amount I paid for two days of staying in my booked room. I didn't count on this. The mistake was that I was deceived. So no apologies, no discounts due to the situation - nothing.
The rooms are dirty. They don't match the photos. Their luxury apartment is a grandmother's apartment from the 70s. It 's a disgrace ! There is no relation.

Отличная гостиница. Вежливый персонал. Небольшие, но уютные номера. Довольно чисто и аккуратно. В номере стол, холодильник, стакан, кружка, тарелка, досточка для нарезки и старенький телевизор (рабочий). Есть бар на первом этаже, который работает до 24:00. Рядом остановака, есть парковка. Напротив ухоженный парк.

The repair is poor, the quality of the late 90s and early 00s, the TV is from the same place, the refrigerator is straight from the 80s, there is no electric kettle in the room (it is given for an additional fee), there is no Internet in the rooms, there is only in the lobby, but its speed is very low, everything loads for a few minutes, the audibility is hellish, you can clearly hear that They're talking in the next room. The cleaning in the rooms is lame, there are lumps of dust on the floor, the walls in the bathroom are smeared with something incomprehensible. If possible, it is better to find another hotel.

Номера чистые, бельё чистое,но все очень очень скромно даже очень,кто не привык к таким условиям лучше не останавливаться здесь.Из больших минусов это отсутствие фена,но можно брать почасовая оплата у адмиристратора, и нет одноразовых тапочек (это совсем не дорого ).От центра достаточно удалённо Были на майские праздники,ценник достаточно был завышен для таких условий.

В общем и целом гостиница норм.
Да, как вернулись в прошлое. Но в этом тоже есть свои плюсы. Я будто вернулась в детство.
Доброжелательный персонал, готовы всегда ответить на возникшие вопросы. В номерах достаточно чисто.
Больше всего понравилось дворовая территория.
Единственный для меня минус-это отсутствие дополнительный полотенец и халата.

Выбор сделан был из-за необходимости близости к местожительству родственников. Завтрак- просто минус. Чисто в номерах, но номера как у меня в детстве в пионерлагере.территория-пять с плюсом , свой садик с яблонями , уютненько. А вот внутри- кроме номеров находится ещё несколько (много на самом деле) каких-то фирм и фирмочек, снуют какие-то люди и дети, у которых здесь какой-то кружок. Мы отвыкли уже наверное от этого, но безопасности-никакой, это минус. Не шумно, это хорошо.

A mattress with sagging springs, bedclothes feel like they were sewn from curtains, which were hung during the construction of the hotel. A hotel with a restaurant was announced, it was not possible to eat - it was closed for special maintenance. At the same time, there is not even a bottle of water in the room. There is a kettle and a refrigerator, there is no microwave.

Хорошая гостиница, приветливый персонал, в номере всегда чисто и убрано.
За месяц проживания там, никаких проблем не было. Номер убирали каждый день, постельное белье и полотенца меняют 2 раза в неделю. На этаже имеется электрочайник, на первом этаже есть микроволновка. Мне понравилось, буду оставаться ещё.

В номере чисто, есть все необходимое. Располагается в тихом районе. Интересная планировка гостиницы. Парковка на территории платная. Wi-Fi ловит только в вестибюле. Пять звёзд не поставил, т.к. ночью было прохладно. И почему-то посуда из расчета на 1 человека, хотя номер на двоих.

Wi-Fi в номерах нет, только в холле. И то сигнал очень слабый. Номера убитые. В номере неприятный запах. Нет ни шампуня, ни геля. Окна не закрываются. Створки двери балкона раскручены, дверь закрыть невозможно. Цель этого неясна. Створки остекления на балконе так рассохлись, что их тоже невозможно закрыть. При этом на первом этаже находится банкетный зал, в котором проводятся разные мероприя. Я попала на свадьбу, которая продолжалась до 24 часов. А потом еще часа два расходились гости с криками и визгами. Это все под окнами номера, в котором не закрываются окна.

Отель нормальный. Номер просторный, все работало. Убирали каждый день. С чистотой у нас в 208 все было хорошо. Лампочку так и не вставили в один из светильников за 4 суток. Минус звезда, так как не было даже мыла для рук, про шампуни молчу))) администратор сказала, что информация на сайте устарела))) окна тоже «устали», но холодно не было. Кафе нормальное , цены отличные, еда нас вполне устроила. Жаль, что до 17. Ещё удивило, что микроволновка только на первом этаже , от нас было далеко. В районе общепита нет, только Доминос. Такая информация для прибывающих.

Очень понравился отель Алмаз, были шесть дней с женой и ребенком в двухкомнатном номере. Всё чисто, всё есть, даже имеется маленький холодильник. Вежливый администратор и персонал. По утрам отличный завтрак. Территории отеля огорожена, всё красиво и ухожено, деревья, лавочки. Большой плюс, что машину можно оставить на территории, за небольшую плату. Расположение отеля нас устроило, хороший район, без суеты. До метро можно легко и быстро доехать на автобусе, остановка прямо около отеля. Магазины продуктовые рядом, чуть пройти пешком. На машине можно доехать и до других торговых центров, недалеко. Минусов не нашли. Спасибо от нашей семьи всем сотрудникам отеля!

Я не была внутри комплекса. Есть отзывы посетителей. Я очень внимательно рассмотрела территорию. Могу сказать, что расположение комплекса очень удачное. За комплексом возрастной сосновый лес и уже кольцевая. Вокруг комплекса ухоженный сад фруктовый, дорожки для прогулок,клумбы, скамейки и беседки, туйки и хвойники. Очень симпатично. Перед комплексом стоянка для автотранспорта. Находясь на территории, которая огорожена, кстати. Испытываешь чувство покоя. Еще раз повторяю, что внутри комплекса я не была.

Великолепная гостиница. Рекомендую. Цены демократичные. Вобщем великолепно. Номера повышенного комфорта великолепны. Хотя конечно кому не нравятся мраморные полы и обычная посуда, а нравиться пластик и прочее дерьмо им конечно не сюда. Вобщем ещё раз рекомендую. 👍👍👍
