A very good place to "spend the night". The atmosphere of the USSR, but clean and cozy. Parking is paid if on site. Although, of course, the fee is conditional: 3.50 for a night in Minsk is a bonus. We stayed with 3 adults in a triple room. The beds are large, the mattresses are new, the room has a bathroom and a refrigerator. Large glazed balcony with carpet on the floor. The linen is snow-white, the plumbing is shiny. The disadvantages are stains on the carpet, a kettle on the hallway (in the foyer) and a microwave in the same place. Friendly and attentive staff. If we have to spend the night in the capital, we will arrive without hesitation. It's not 5 stars, but it's decent!

- clean, comfortable rooms with TV and refrigerator (the whole family went 4 times: there were 2 rooms. One is smaller, but with a balcony, the second is for a wife with a bigger daughter, more comfortable). Even with a bedouin)))

I liked this hotel. We stayed two years ago for New Year's Eve. In the morning they gave a free breakfast - tea, coffee, delicious buns. The room is clean, warm, and has a view of the park from the window. They allowed me to have a cat, Nyusha also liked it.There is a bank and shops within walking distance.

Three for what? We stayed there for a day. In the evening, there was an unbearable stench of sweaty socks in the hallway, I couldn't breathe, and since another disadvantage is wi-fi in the hallway and there was a need to surf the Internet, I got an unforgettable experience. Then, yes, the building is old, but what prevents you from refreshing the same doors, even if by painting and changing the locks. Or at least wash them.
The windows looked out onto the roof and the youngsters ran there all evening to smoke, the window could not be opened.
In general, if you need to spend the night, and you do not have a craving for super sophistication, stay and do not worry. I would not recommend it for a long time. And so yes, it feels like I was in the 90s, you wrote it correctly.

Off-site parking. There are no elevators. The doors are narrow. The staff has been slamming doors since 7 a.m. It is not realistic to rest and get enough sleep.

There is an official smoking area in the building itself. WI-FI is only on the ground floor, but it's better than without it. Walking distance to shops (7 minutes to the nearest Santa store). Round the clock (come in/out whenever you want). There are public transport stops. There is a small selection of cigarettes, but there is a snuffbox nearby. The horror! I booked a hotel a month in advance.
I arrived and paid more money to be checked in before 12 o'clock in the afternoon. It was Monday. I paid for it on Friday inclusive. And she asked me to book a room, and I will extend it until Saturday ( but on Thursday ). They promised that they had booked. I came to pay for the reservation from Friday to Saturday, on the very Thursday I promised. Iiiii.... They tell me that for two weeks now, this date has been booked for the room I was in. Wow!!!!
I called all the hotels in Minsk about the girl at the reception, of course, there were no empty seats anywhere for the date I needed. No one apologized.
Instead of apologizing, I was offered the only available room!!! Luxury!!! For the amount I paid for two days of staying in my booked room. I didn't count on this. The mistake was that I was deceived. So no apologies, no discounts due to the situation - nothing.
The rooms are dirty. They don't match the photos. Their luxury apartment is a grandmother's apartment from the 70s. It 's a disgrace ! There is no relation.

For 8 rubles, I ordered dumplings in a pot with broth and sour cream, tea, a chocolate bar and a bun. The food is delicious, the girl at the checkout is polite and neat.

The repair is poor, the quality of the late 90s and early 00s, the TV is from the same place, the refrigerator is straight from the 80s, there is no electric kettle in the room (it is given for an additional fee), there is no Internet in the rooms, there is only in the lobby, but its speed is very low, everything loads for a few minutes, the audibility is hellish, you can clearly hear that They're talking in the next room. The cleaning in the rooms is lame, there are lumps of dust on the floor, the walls in the bathroom are smeared with something incomprehensible. If possible, it is better to find another hotel.

The rooms are clean, but the rooms are like my childhood in the pioneer camp.the territory is five plus , its own garden with apple trees, cozy. But inside, in addition to the rooms, there are several more (actually a lot) of some firms and firms, some people and children are scurrying around, who have some kind of circle here. A mattress with sagging springs, bedclothes feel like they were sewn from curtains, which were hung during the construction of the hotel. A hotel with a restaurant was announced, it was not possible to eat - it was closed for special maintenance. At the same time, there is not even a bottle of water in the room. There is a kettle and a refrigerator, there is no microwave.
