A small and cozy hotel within walking distance from the iconic places of Istanbul. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia in 5-7 minutes walk. The rooms are clean. The breakfasts in the restaurant on the terrace are very decent - several types of cheeses, olives, spreadings, salads, etc. Very tasty and varied pastries. A paradise for those with a sweet tooth is the chocolate fountain. Friendly and caring staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant. We didn't speak English, they didn't speak Russian, but we didn't feel any discomfort. Online translators, smiles and kindness erase all language barriers. A week later, we parted as good friends. Very emotional. If I'm going to Istanbul again, I'm ready to stay here again.☺

Positive: The convenient location of the hotel, all the sights are within walking distance, but it is located on a quiet street, polite staff , speak English, delicious breakfasts, beautiful view of the Bosphorus from the terrace, it smells sooo nice in the lobby of the hotel, I could not get the name of the fragrance, but I really wanted to 😁 Minuses: The hotel is next to the railway (it wasn't a problem for us, after a while you get used to the sound of passing trains) Surface cleaning, we had a carpet in our room, it didn't seem to have been vacuumed in a week Conclusion: I liked the hotel, I would have returned there again.

A great hotel for its stars in the historical center of Istanbul! Check-in time is February 2026. The hotel has a comfortable temperature. There is an air conditioner that can be adjusted for heat. Delicious breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the Bosphorus. The location is perfect in my opinion. The staff is friendly, always ready to help and prompt. The room is not very new, but everything is clean and tidy. For Sultanahmet district, Almina is an ideal place to stay.
