I ordered the cargo on 11/14/2025, it arrived in my destination city on 12/04 at the wrong company to which I asked to send it across Russia, now because of their stupidity, I cannot pick up my cargo, since they work at a time when I cannot physically pick it up.

Груз с декабря поиехать не может , фуры стоят на штраф стрянке. Нет никакого понимания выпустят их вообще или нет. Никто ничего не знает и не может ответить на вопрос "когда выпустят фуры"

I never recommend anyone to get involved with this crazy office! On September 10, a shipment was sent to me from Bishkek to Novosibirsk with a delivery to another city. Today is October 23rd, where the cargo is unknown. They don't pick up the phone, they don't answer WhatsApp, and if you're lucky and you get through, they tell you a new story every time. In the application, it feels like the cargo is rolling in a circle around the border. If you want to save your nerves and money, never get involved!
