It turns out that a bolt was not twisted inside the generator, which unwound the entire generator and subsequently burned out. The money was returned only for the work, or they offered to restore the generator (I don't know how, there's nothing to restore there). I spent 300 rubles for a new generator, installation and run-through, and 170 rubles were returned to me for the work. Think for yourself if you need it.
