Very businesslike, clean, tidy, civilized. The location is not noisy, 3 minutes and you are in the business district. Parking and check-in are available right at the entrance. There is a Russian sauna and a steam room in the courtyard. I couldn't visit the restaurant, but it looks respectable. I'll give you my 5 points honestly. An adequate price tag by the way.

The hotel as a whole was conceived competently and richly. But now it needs urgent repairs. The rooms are dead, the walls are full of holes, the entrance doors have holes in the locks. Tearing off the door is a separate story, one key, you'll lose it, you'll only break it (that's what it was said at the reception). In 4 days, they haven't cleaned once, the towel hasn't been changed. There is no kettle or dishes in the room. There are no chairs, although we took a suite. Absolutely everything should be asked (soap, shampoo, paper, etc.)
