The hotel as a whole was conceived competently and richly. But now it needs urgent repairs. The rooms are dead, the walls are full of holes, the entrance doors have holes in the locks. Tearing off the door is a separate story, one key, you'll lose it, you'll only break it (that's what it was said at the reception). In 4 days, they haven't cleaned once, the towel hasn't been changed. There is no kettle or dishes in the room. There are no chairs, although we took a suite. Absolutely everything should be asked (soap, shampoo, paper, etc.)

The hotel has seen better days. When we arrived, there was no hot water (accident). The door to the room wouldn't open at first, then it wouldn't close, a complete nightmare. Breakfast is approx. The room is clean, with only one bag of shampoo. I didn't even have soap to wash my hands. The desktop has no sockets.
