I liked. I stopped 3 times. Quiet, pretty nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's not far from the center. There are a lot of shops nearby within walking distance. The rooms are decent. The price of the room suits me perfectly. There is a breakfast included in the room rate.

I liked this place. Great taste! Numbers 10 out of 10! The restaurant on the ground floor is beautiful. The service is excellent, the cleanliness is something with something, the staff is good, the amenities in the room are there, I liked the breakfasts, there is air conditioning in the room, but the TV does not work.. There was also one problem with the shower, I can't tell you what. Therefore, 4 out of 5, I would like to put 4.5 out of five, but it is impossible.

Everything is very good. We settled in without any problems, without any early and late check-ins/evictions. The countdown started from the moment of check-in. Clean, cozy and tidy. We stayed on a bus tour to Nur Sultan, day and night, moved out in the morning, but came for lunch.Nice hotel, clean, quiet, Wi-Fi was working on the third floor.The room has slippers, decent detergents, a normal mattress and bed linen,there is a conditioner,a refrigerator, a table, glasses, a kettle.The food is very simple, a la USSR dining room, but in general it is delicious and a lot)) When running on excursions, the main thing is to recharge in order to run further.The staff is polite, they go to a meeting in everything, provide assistance if necessary, there is a pharmacy and a small grocery store nearby.It's not far to the center either.

There is no refrigerator in the room, there is no TV, the wall lamp does not work, the bed linen is stained, they give one towel, there is no bath and foot. There is toothpaste, a brush, shower gel, soap. Springs are sticking out of the mattress, duvet covers were received after several reminders, they were given out at the reception. The food was fine in the dining room at the hotel. I gave three stars only for the location of the hotel. Everything is nearby and it is very convenient

,Altyn Dala is in a good place. This is one of the advantages. Cons - they are 20 years behind the times. The bed linen is gray, there are not enough blankets in the rooms, there are no kettles, dishes. One technician for the whole hotel, washes the floors by hand and sweeps the carpets with a broom! The dining room has a meager assortment, breakfast is always the same. The owners and management of the hotel need to undergo training in the hotel and restaurant business if they want to stay afloat.

There is not much choice in the restaurant, the portions are small. But tasty and inexpensive. There is a small free parking. There was a single room. The room is clean (including bed linen), but the shower stall leaves much to be desired (the shower is not a shower, as it pours from a hose in one stream). There is a refrigerator (mini), there was also a TV in the room, but for some reason it was not possible to use it (there was no remote control, apparently without providing TV). The most exciting thing is the air conditioner, of course it's old, but the room has cooled down from the sultry heat. In general, you can take it for a couple of days. There is a cafe on the ground floor (maybe a restaurant, I didn't go in). There was no minibar (apparently not included in the bill either). Elevator, there are elevators.

The hotel has a maximum of 2 stars. Rooms as you're lucky. There is a problem with plumbing in all rooms, the air conditioners either do not work or just blow. Windows are often bricked up. I was there once, I looked at three rooms. In general, the hotel is for one night. I do not recommend taking lunch and dinner, the food is disgusting.

A normal hotel for your money. The repairs were done a long time ago. The room is clean. There are slippers and accessories. Plumbing is the most inexpensive. In my room, the fan in the bathroom tried to fly away (judging by the take-off mode and wild vibrations all over the ceiling))). The breakfast is quite edible. Coffee from the coffee machine is available for an additional fee.
The dinner is not bad. Pork in a Muslim country was cooked with dignity.

Maybe once a good hotel.
Everything is fine with the staff. Polite, friendly. When asked to eliminate defects by number - to replace a burned-out light bulb, to fix something - they react almost instantly.
The room is neat, clean, but clearly "tired". Cosmetically smeared scuffs on the walls, old traces of dragging something heavy on the floor, old furniture.
There is wi-fi, but it is better to use 4G - it turns out faster. When trying to watch 720p movies using wi-fi, we wait 2 minutes for the download, watch for 10 seconds, wait 2 minutes again. In 480 resolution, viewing with an expectation of 50/50 ..
If you need to spend the night and get yourself in order, then it will do fine. If you stay here for a while, it won't be ideal.
