A comfortable hotel, located a 5-minute walk from the railway station, the city center. The rooms are large, the triple room is so huge. TV, refrigerator, underfloor heating. Cleanly. But I didn't like the cafe on the 1st floor at all, it's better not to eat there.

Terrible sound insulation.When a person talks in a calm tone, every word is perfectly audible in their room.2.The TVs are miniature, about 20 inches, which show a picture with varying success.3. The biggest disadvantage: The toilet tank does not flush...from the first, from the second, and sometimes from the third time.4. Either the seat or the toilet itself is wobbly 5.The trash cans are small 6. Toilet paper was apparently saved-they hung the cheapest 7.There is no kettle in the room.8. Since athletes often live in this hotel, when they are occupied by whole teams, the walls are shaking, especially if you live under them or next to them.Prepare for restless nights.9. Nothing supernatural, just an ordinary hotel.
Of the advantages: excellent location, cleanliness in the room, air conditioning, there is a boller with water in the corridor, an iron, magnets were presented upon check-in, a trifle, but it's nice!
Cons: a dirty bathroom, but serviceable, as well as an amateur breakfast (included in the price)
Breakfast was: oatmeal, 2 eggs, 2 sausages, a piece of tomatoes and cucumbers, a loaf, tea/coffee to choose from.

About 20 years ago, the hotel was probably not bad. But now he works on the principle of making money and doing well. That is, it is simply maintained in a "working" state. The carpet in the room, in the one that was provided to me, is all stained and I don't understand what, the sanitary units are conditionally clean, the plumbing somehow works (the shower did not stay in its place, which flooded the entire floor, well, the acceptance process was questionable). Hygiene products in the remains, apparently from previous tenants. Sutra, at breakfast (which is included in the price, which for such a price is probably a plus. Again, it's a plus for the hotel to attract the attention of business travelers), except for breakfast, you see everything that is described at the beginning of the review, namely spotty, from you don't understand what, chairs and so on. The result of all this is as follows. I needed to spend one night and I did it on a clean bed, and everything else is on the conscience of the owners. But, as before, it would be better if I stayed in the same "castle", although there are nuances there that are due to some irresponsibility of the staff, which can be quickly resolved.

For lunch and dinner - the Bean restaurant. It will cost you 2-3 rubles to get there by taxi.
On the plus side, the hotel is located near the train station.

They asked for an improved room with a double bed, and received a room with two single beds pushed together and two mattresses. Such lies in hotels are very annoying. Plus, the jars of shower gel and shampoo did not work, it was necessary to remove them from the wall and pick out something that looked like soap diluted with water. Well, the lack of an elevator and a "business class room" is, of course, very far from the truth.
