They asked for an improved room with a double bed, and received a room with two single beds pushed together and two mattresses. Such lies in hotels are very annoying. Plus, the jars of shower gel and shampoo did not work, it was necessary to remove them from the wall and pick out something that looked like soap diluted with water. Well, the lack of an elevator and a "business class room" is, of course, very far from the truth.
