I shouldn't have come across this place for evaluation.
1. The staff is mostly boorish
2. The outpatient clinic is small and has been in need of expansion for a long time. There are catastrophically few doctors for such a large village. They are often sent to Osipenko or Zaslavl for examination. Getting there when you can barely stand on your feet is still a pleasure.
3. I came across the fact that for dentists I had to take a scalpel from home.
4. Huge queues, constantly and eternal confusion in them. Put at least an automatic machine for creating an electronic queue. On my last visit there, I was faced with the fact that doctors began to differentiate visits, saying "come at such and such a time." But when it comes to that, you come and face an angry queue that doesn't want to let you through, because, "We've been sitting here since morning, nothing will happen to you, you'll wait"
5. They lose their medical records.
6. If you have not been ill for a long time or have not visited a polyclinic (studied at an aviation university, passed all diseases and tests in a polyclinic that is assigned to it) - constant complaints about this, as if a person simply could NOT be ill.
Although the 6th point is rather a claim to our medicine as a whole - MAKE A SINGLE ELECTRONIC DATABASE WHERE YOU CAN EASILY VIEW ALL THE TESTS, RECORDS OF DISEASES AND SO ON. REGARDLESS OF WHERE THE PERSON WAS OBSERVED!
What else... Oh yes!
7. Getting through to the outpatient clinic is another quest. Either it's always busy, or they just don't answer. There is one person at the reception desk who issues cards, answers phones and gives out test results. Seriously?

And the outpatient clinic has been working for two hours already, I've been trying to get through, and in response there's silence, is there really so much work at the reception that it's impossible to pick up the phone in two hours

There is nothing here except good pediatricians. If they get stuck, too, it will be a disaster
As it was 40 years ago, the outpatient clinic has remained
No equipment, no specialists
It is a shame to have a single medical facility near the capital in such a state. Pregnant women, children and the elderly deserve a better level of medicine. We pay taxes from the PO, just like the city, but the social conditions are just a disaster.
