Even if there is a queue, isn't the phone a priority? At least when I take the card, the phone call has always been just that. To get a discharge from a therapist, he sends me to a gynecologist first, but I don't want to go through a gynecologist here, there are more specialized specialists in 24 polyclinics for special medical examinations. As a result, I can't get through to the outpatient clinic to get at least a ticket to the gynecologist, and medical examinations are delayed not in two days or one, but already in a week!!!

Urgently improve the quality and quantity of staff!!!
