After paying, people jostle in a live queue (isn't that why I went to a paid laboratory?), the staff asks the crying child to be quieter, and the nurse in the office says, let's hurry up, there's a queue... They also charge for the analysis before donating blood, so that later, in case of failure, they can wait for a refund. Not a branch office, but some kind of circus.

Everything happens more carefully in the clinic, on the same day my colleague was at the blood sampling and also left with a bruise and there were complaints about the body during blood sampling...the deadline for the tests was also surprising, they arrived almost three days later, closer to night, because of this fact, I canceled the appointment..
