We were very disappointed with the delivery organization. It's probably a matter of choosing a contractor, but I'll point out that if you need delivery further than 100 km from Minsk, then I would advise you to choose another company. There was an order in Verkhneudinsky district, before delivery, I clarified if there were any problems with delivery there, since the order was for a gift, they assured me everything would be on time, as a result, there were 4 postponements of delivery and they always assured me that now we will definitely deliver, just be at home from 9-23 on the specified day. The day was adjusted to them, they called on the day of delivery and postponed it for another week. It is also impossible to reach the delivery office.

We purchased a crown for the TV, when we examined the house and the declared 60-degree turns, it did not fit us on our diagonal, the packaging, fasteners, and the crown itself were packed and the integrity was not violated, upon returning the goods, we were told that there were not enough fasteners (although the packaging with them was hermetically sealed), the employee fundamentally sought out and looked for the smallest scratches that would not accept the product, although we have every right to do so. Be careful when shopping in this store.

On August 12, a gaming mouse was purchased for 210 rubles. The price is not small for such a purchase, I wanted to give it to my boyfriend. The courier arrived and I didn't check the mouse because it has a one-year warranty because they didn't even warn me that it needed to be checked before the courier, they just let me sign the paperwork and that's it. I didn't unpack it myself because, again, it's a gift. In the evening, the guy comes home from work and opens it, and with one click on the paintwork, it squeezes twice))) You wouldn't expect that about a 200p mouse, but there's no such thing in my 24p mouse. The next day we went to the service center to take over the warranty and they told us that they would take us for diagnostics and wait up to 2 weeks. However, we received a call 2 weeks later on 08/27 and were told that the marriage had not been detected. We came to pick up the mouse from Pushkin, but there was no one in the service room. And the girl from Ozon, who didn't know anything, gave it to us... The question is, where are you looking at at all, why aren't even your employees giving away the goods? Why do we come and we can't even hear what's wrong with our mouse and why a defect hasn't been detected when it clearly exists? It's a complete disgrace. We couldn't even ask for the complaint book, because there's no one there for us to get an answer.
