It has always been a pleasure to visit this store.And she often didn't leave without shopping.But after the last purchase, the desire disappeared. I bought an oil sprayer. The price is 4 rubles. When buying, the cashier girl warned that it should be checked at home by pouring water there, because if it does not work, then the water will simply dry out and that's it, and if you pour oil, it will be an already used product and it will no longer be subject to return. Which I did successfully at home, pouring water in there to check.But, unfortunately, the nebulizer did not spray. I tried pressing it three or four times and realized that it wasn't working.I wiped it carefully with a napkin, wrapped it in a bubble wrap, as it was originally, and went to return it.The seller at the checkout asked why I was returning the product. I examined it carefully! And he says:I had to scroll like this and start turning the lid, then I turned the spray head with force, after which the head turned out and got stuck.Then she started pushing on it, trying to put it back in place, and when she realized that it wasn't working, she got up and went with the damaged goods to the back room. I stood there waiting for her, hoping that the professional knew what he was doing. But, 10 minutes after the seller returns, I get a report, it turns out that I broke it, so it doesn't work.I was just taken aback by such a statement. She offered to go look at the cameras to see what the product looked like before it was twisted and broken.To which I received an answer: how much does it cost, that it is necessary to arrange such a thing. Every normal person understands that it's not about money, but about principle.Initially, it was clear that the product was in good condition, but then it turned out to be broken. Then another sprayer was brought to me, and I asked her to check it herself by pouring water into it. And for some reason, it turned out that she didn't have to do it.However, I went with indignation and checked, it turned out to be working, then packed it without additional film in a flimsy box and gave it to me. I still insisted on watching the cameras!And when we were walking through the store, a poorly packaged spray bottle slipped out of the box and crashed! Of course, I was upset, I didn't go to watch the cameras, and I left. The mood is ruined for the whole day.To be honest, this is the first time I've come across such outright arrogance.When I came to this store earlier, I was pleasantly surprised by the sociability and courtesy of the staff.We advised and helped in choosing the product.And suddenly this… Maybe you need to check the goods in the store initially, so that you don't blame people later!

I haven't visited for several years, and then suddenly the other day I came in and was pleasantly surprised by the changes in the interior of the store. And the better side. It became spacious, the view was better, it seemed brighter. I even bought some household goods, looked at the curtains. I liked the service: very nice young ladies helped me quickly find the one I was interested in. Thank you.

I wanted to order 2 mattresses for my parents at a good discount (like), with delivery, it turned out to be very uncomfortable... at first I tried from the website, there is no delivery. Then call this store, there is no delivery of your own, even a paid one, they offered a third-party carrier, OK, it looks like I want to pay for everything at once via the Internet with a card or EPIP, it turns out that it is impossible, you need to go to the place, pay for mattresses, then pay separately to the carrier on the spot for delivery, that is, you will not get a surprise, you need to go to your parents And this is 25 km ... I called the carrier, discussed the price, asked for payment over the Internet, they did not want to, only cash. I offered to leave money for the carrier when I arrive to pay for the order in the store, they said it was impossible... I spat and decided to overpay and order the same for the 21st century I went to the website, found the same mattresses, delivery to regional centers for free, to my parents 25 km from the Best 12 rubles with a skid into the house!!!! ))) (the carriers who were offered in ami requested 70 rubles with a skid), all this took me 12 minutes to watch a movie in full relaxation) and most importantly, I found a promo code for the 21st century on the Internet, and taking into account it, the entire order came out to me 30 rubles more expensive than ami's, but 40 rubles cheaper, taking into account the price of the carrier from ami!!!!! THE SERVICE IS ZERO!!! from the word at all!!! guys, give my feedback to your marketers and the director of development, let him go to study with the leadership of the 21st century!
