We bought furniture in this store several times. For the first time, the legs for the sofa were not reported. I called back and was told to come for the missing legs. We bought a wardrobe for the second time. They did not immediately check how they brought it, as there was no time to assemble it. And during assembly, it was found that the chipboard was broken in places. Since it's their own fault that they didn't look at it right away, they didn't file a complaint. And to the warehouse staff and the quality control department - check the completeness and quality of the products sold. The store itself is large, clean, and tidy. There are plenty to choose from. We would also update the online store to make it convenient to choose.
