One of the advantages: a rich selection of furniture and things. A comfortable environment. There is a lot of space physically and morally (consultants will not touch you). On the downside: yes, the consultants won't touch you, but it's not a fact that they'll say hello at all. Sometimes acquaintances themselves speak poorly about their furniture, since the furniture itself is made of wood shavings. I use their products myself, and the furniture there is mostly weak, unstable, and not particularly durable. Bottom line: the place is good and interesting, but not stupid.

Terrible delivery. They ordered a bed, phoned the movers every hour with promises that they were already on their way. If there is a specific time, then you need to come when you agreed, and not delay endless trips all day. Everyone has their own business and job. Why negotiate the delivery time of furniture if they still don't arrive on time?
