It's not a bad budget place to stop. I've been to this hotel twice. I won't say that everything is perfectly clean, but for me, as a visitor, just sleeping is quite enough. In addition, the room has a microwave, an electric stove, a refrigerator and any utensils (at least in the room where I was).
