We rented a two-room room. In fact, it turned out to be two rooms at the very top of the hotel (4th floor). The view is certainly very beautiful. There are no batteries, the heating is only by air conditioning, so it was cool on some days. Positive: - close to the center - two rooms, quite comfortable beds - there is a kettle - there is breakfast - great view - the owner speaks Russian and is always ready to help if anything happens. Cons: - the rooms are modest and cramped, the space is certainly small - our rooms have low ceilings - we were at the end of January and it was really cold with strong winds and rain. The heating is only by air conditioning, but the wind and rain blew heavily from the windows. - the breakfasts are very modest and the same. In general, it's not a bad hotel, we generally liked it. In spring and summer it would be generally good, in winter it was cool. But not bad, we recommend it.

Pros: quiet street, very nice miniature building, interesting interior design, beautiful view from the room on the top floor, completely unobtrusive staff, budget. Breakfast - although it seems like a little, but we ate too much, and for some reason it was very tasty, although the usual food. Cons: it was cold in February. The blankets are warm, but there are cracks in the windows, it's not very comfortable to gather. And in the bathroom, the window overlooks the inhabited loggia, the curtain is narrow, does not completely cover the window. In general, we liked it, we are satisfied, but I don't know how it would be if it weren't for the beautiful view room.

I recommend this hotel: excellent location,close to the sights, the rooms are clean,well ventilated and smell clean.Breakfast included,fresh food, Turkish coffee! Take boat trips: night city with dinner, day trip with breakfast and dinner for the whole day and to the Princes Islands.Excursions can be ordered from the owner of the Zii hotel, who solves all your questions promptly, is a friendly, responsible and simply kind person!I didn't find any disadvantages, I would like to stay longer in this hotel. :)
