We have been staying at Imran Hotel since January 10, and overall, it has been a great experience! The hotel has a cozy, small territory, and the rooms are kept very clean with daily housekeeping. The staff is incredibly responsive and always ready to help with any request. The food is delicious, and there is always something tasty. A special mention to the curd casserole—it’s amazing! Plus, champagne is available every morning, which is a lovely touch. The sea is within easy reach, and the heated pool is fantastic—the water feels like fresh milk. The hotel’s location is excellent, with shops and restaurants nearby. Additional services like the sauna and massage room add to the experience, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive an hour of sauna as a gift upon check-in—such a nice gesture! 😊 Minor downsides are: The entrance to the hotel could use some improvement. We arrived during rainy weather and had to navigate large puddles near the fence, which was inconvenient. - There were power outages three times a day for about two hours. While this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it was inconvenient that only the first floors had electricity during the outages. Despite these small issues, our overall stay was wonderful, and we would happily return to Imran Hotel again! 👍

We spent our honeymoon at this hotel from July 17th to July 29th! We really enjoyed everything!(Plus, it was a nice bonus for us as newlyweds) Wonderful staff who are ready to help at any time, delicious food (buffet three times a day), very cozy rooms with air conditioning. We rented a junior suite on the 4th floor with two balconies. The view is magnificent! There are mountains on one side, and the sea on the other! The sea is less than 5 minutes on foot. There were free sun beds every day, there were no problems with places at all. This was our first trip to Abkhazia and we definitely did not make a mistake with the hotel! The desire to return here appeared as soon as they left😄 We highly recommend this hotel for relaxation!

Rest on October 7-18, 2025. Awesome hotel! For all the "pyaterochka"! Many thanks to the cook - there are very diverse breakfasts from the minimum set of products: always 2 types of porridge, side dishes, vegetables. A small disadvantage is that sausages could be alternated (for example, some meatballs). The disadvantage of the spa is a very cold pool in the sauna. The outdoor pool is just a fairy tale - clean, warm. The photos on the website correspond to reality. The disadvantage of the accommodation was that when booking, they indicated the 2nd floor with two beds, but the rooms with separate beds on the 3rd and 4th floors were settled on the 4th floor for those who have problems with their knees. A nice bonus is that upon check-in, everyone is given a certificate at the spa for 1 procedure. A special respect to Anastasia's cosmetologist - selects procedures with maximum effect in a minimum of time. I advise everyone - the hotel is in a quiet location, the sea is 3 minutes away. Many thanks to all the hotel staff!!!!!
