We have been staying at Imran Hotel since January 10, and overall, it has been a great experience! The hotel has a cozy, small territory, and the rooms are kept very clean with daily housekeeping. The staff is incredibly responsive and always ready to help with any request. The food is delicious, and there is always something tasty. A special mention to the curd casserole—it’s amazing! Plus, champagne is available every morning, which is a lovely touch. The sea is within easy reach, and the heated pool is fantastic—the water feels like fresh milk. The hotel’s location is excellent, with shops and restaurants nearby. Additional services like the sauna and massage room add to the experience, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive an hour of sauna as a gift upon check-in—such a nice gesture! 😊 Minor downsides are: The entrance to the hotel could use some improvement. We arrived during rainy weather and had to navigate large puddles near the fence, which was inconvenient. - There were power outages three times a day for about two hours. While this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it was inconvenient that only the first floors had electricity during the outages. Despite these small issues, our overall stay was wonderful, and we would happily return to Imran Hotel again! 👍

We are vacationing with our 6-year-old daughter in Abkhazia for the first time. We chose this hotel based on reviews! And it 's a delight ! The rooms are not Euro renovated, but I have never seen such cleanliness anywhere! So, we had a hitch with the numbers , as the second family was not allowed at the border . They didn 't take a fine , they recalculated everything and were pleasantly greeted from a long journey . I got the robe as a compliment. The girls at the reception, the chefs, the man in charge of the household affairs of the hotel, everything is like a big family. Thank you for your warmth and kindness, you are the best! Then I went to the spa , signed up for three services , and in the morning I came and they gave me two services as a gift . 🙏 The cleanliness is perfect, the pool is always hot, clean, the man is watching him , you can feel it right away! The breakfasts are excellent, the room is simple, but it does not cause any discomfort, on the contrary. The beds are large , the linen is white and super clean , the towels are changed, the bed is every three days. Thank you for being here , now every year for a week , definitely to you .

(I would change the carpet and the weights to more modern ones to refresh) but the cleanliness is perfect everywhere and the white cotton soapy linen covers EVERYTHING. So the points: Champagne for breakfast - you won't find it anywhere else. It's out of the points ) 1. We were in March, it's the most moody and cool month on the coast, but at the same time it was very warm in the room 2. The spa area is just great for such a compact hotel. Hot sauna and photo barrels at very pleasant prices And the outdoor pool was warm and comfortable all the time, even in the rain. 3. Food. This is a separate topic, I stayed last year in May in several hotels where there was a buffet. And I have something to compare it with. The food in Amran is sooo delicious. I was on duty, but there was always something delicious to eat, even from simple food. Cabbage salad, I don't know why, but it was just unusually delicious. 🤌😁 And separately, of course, I would like to note your attitude and attention that the cook, as a sign of respect, made desserts and food taking into account my post. It's called an exclusive. You won't find it anywhere else. By the way, there is a water cooler everywhere on the floor. 4. Of course the staff is the heart of this hotel. The entire staff at the hotel is like a family, and that's probably why the attitude was like that. We solved any issues. We were going to a meeting when we had force majeure on the dates of the races. 5. And I'll also note the location, it's not on the 1st line, but I see a plus in this, it won't be so noisy in the season. And to the beach, exactly 3 minutes. Just cross the road. In general, those who are looking for a family hotel will definitely not regret it. By the way, there is a children's company downstairs and an animator works in the summer.
