We contacted the Tandem agency with the issue of registering ownership of the apartment. The difficulty was that my wife and I are located in a remote region, to put it mildly, and there was a fear of sending original documents. They consulted us, explained the procedure, and... everything went great. We were contacted at all stages of registration and the registration was successful within the time limits set by the agreement. Many thanks to Konstantin and the agency staff. Tandem Agency: profanity and headache instead of help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! I want to share my experience about cooperation with the Tandem agency. Our experience of buying an apartment turned into an endless quest to correct their mistakes and overcome the problems THEY had to solve. Bottom line: wasted nerves, thwarted plans, and the feeling that we were just being used as a wallet without doing any favors. We decided to contact realtors consciously in order to protect ourselves legally, since maternity capital was involved in the transaction. Initially, two agents from different agencies showed us the apartment, saying that they were partners and "they didn't care who they went to." We chose "Tandem" - and it was our fatal mistake. I list this "professionalism" point by point: 1. Chaos with documents and disrespect for our time. We agreed to sign an advance payment agreement on a certain day, and we specifically took time off from work. We arrived - and the Tandem doesn't even have documents for an apartment! They did not know any information about the owners. It turned out that the second agency had all the documents. We had to leave work for the second time that day and drive in the evening to see something. 2. Failure with the notary and the imposition of an inconvenient option. We originally wanted a notarized transaction. At the meeting, the realtors assured: "Maternity capital? Mortgage? No problem, we work with any formats." But when day X came, it turned out that the second agency had "its own agreement" with the notary for an additional fee, and the amount soared by 80,000 rubles. In Tandem, they spread their hands and referred to their partners. As a result, we were simply "transferred" to the deal at the Savings Bank, although we insisted on our own. 3. 5 hours in the bank and a risky payment. We agreed to the Transfer only under the condition of a SECURE PAYMENT (the money in the seller's account is blocked until the transaction is registered). Imagine our surprise when, on the day of the transaction, it turned out that the sellers did not even know about this condition and wanted to receive the money in cash immediately! We were confronted with the fact in a short time, making us nervous and make a difficult decision. As a result, the payment was made in cash, although we hoped for the protection of the safe deposit box. 4. An illiterate lawyer. This is a separate "song". * Errors in the purchase and sale agreement: The lawyer dictated the data to the bank employee herself, as a result of which the dates were mixed up in the documents and errors were made in the cadastral numbers (and there were 5 owners!). Because of this, Rosreestr returned the documents. * Error correction: When the documents were returned, the lawyer stated that she was "busy" and refused to come to the bank to correct the mistakes. We had to go to the bank on our OWN, sit down at the employee's computer and correct mistakes that were not our fault and that we could not control on our own. * Lies about references: The lawyer informed us the day before the transaction that we urgently need a certificate from the Lugansk city administration on the condition of the house for further submission to the SFR for the disposal of maternity capital. And then it turned out in the SFR that this certificate is needed only when buying a private house, and in general it must be provided by the seller! We were simply misled. As a result, we simply lost time and submitted the documents to the SFR a few days before the end of the deadline specified in the purchase agreement, while in the purchase agreement, the lawyer and the bank staff wanted to specify a period of 5 working days (and the certificate is issued within 30 days and even now, on the 20th day no response was received from the administration after the application was submitted). * Ignoring: Our questions about guarantees, requests to arrange a transaction with a notary, requests for certificates of sellers' legal capacity - all remained unanswered. We were lucky with the sellers, they turned out to be decent people, and not the merit of a lawyer. 5. Complete absence of escort. After the transaction was registered (thanks for not having to go to Rosreestr yourself), there was no call or message from the Tandem agency. No one asked about the result, neither from us nor from the sellers. We solved all the issues related to the final signing of the purchase agreement after error correction and control ourselves. But the most annoying thing is that we were not warned in advance about the technical issues.Neither the realtor nor the lawyer said a word about the need for the Gosklyuch application and access to Public Services to sign an electronic transaction. My husband doesn't use Government Services all the time, and restoring access while sitting in the bank turned out to be quite a hassle. Instead of instructing us in advance, a few days in advance: "check usernames and passwords, restore access, install the application," we spent a lot of time and nerves on this already during the transaction process. It is the agent's direct responsibility to prepare the parties so that everything goes smoothly on Day X. But who cares? result: We bought an apartment. But we bought it not because of it, but IN SPITE of the work of the Tandem agency. We knew the owners and could reach them through social media ourselves, but we wanted security and legal support.

My wife and I bought an apartment on Zarechny through this agency. Everything went smoothly and without any surprises. The realtor helped me choose the options and showed me everything, told me, checked the documents. We liked that there was no pressure and no rush, we could calmly think about everything. As a result, we found a great two-bedroom apartment. Thank you very much. now we live on our own square meters and are glad that we turned here.
