Authentic Abkhazian cuisine at the Anasyp restaurant" We were at the Anasyp restaurant - exactly the place where you want to go to really taste the Abkhazian cuisine. Everything feels very homey, but at the same time neat and modern: a cozy interior, clean, pleasant atmosphere. I really remember one dish in a frying pan with liver (I can't remember the exact name anymore) - very tasty, fragrant, but quite spicy. In general, many of the dishes in the restaurant are quite spicy, but this is just typical of the local cuisine. Unaccustomed to it, there may be a little "fire", but then you get used to this taste and even start looking for such spicy combinations. I would also like to mention the local cheeses (they are prepared here right in the restaurant) incredibly fresh and aromatic, with a bright taste. They themselves are already pulling for a separate review. If you are in Sukhumi and want authentic Abkhazian food, definitely check out the Anasyp restaurant - you will not just have dinner, but really taste the local cuisine.

Great restaurant! Very tasty meat and pleasant staff. There is a hall for smokers and non-smokers, separate houses and tables on the street. We went to eat with pleasure! Khachapur was ordered at home, very tasty!

We ordered a barbecue to take away-despite the fact that it was December 30th and 25 minutes before closing -we very politely accepted the order-and the meat was just great!- I definitely recommend it!A girl was singing in the interior-the atmosphere was incendiary!
