We flew to the Moreno Horizon Hotel with Anex. There is something to say about the hotel and the travel agency itself. I would like to share my impressions of my stay at this "wonderful" hotel. I'll probably start with the fact that our tour operator turned out to be Anex. A flight with Anex and Egyptian Airlines is something with something) If in Moscow, as tall people, we were given free seats in the evacuation exits, then on the way back we were asked to pay an additional $ 10 each to sit there, it's good that at least they didn't seat us when we refused to pay, and in another 6 hours you will be provided with a maximum of one bottle of water from food. Well, it's about the flight, it's not the hotel's fault. Then at the Hurghada airport, our beloved Anex escorts asked us to hand over our migration cards for verification, and as a result, they pasted us a visa and instead of $25, we had to pay 27 from each. After our bus left, and we had about 15 minutes to go - our bus broke down) and we were in the heat of 35 degrees, we stood and waited until this problem was sorted out, because without guides, even moms with children, can't take a taxi to the hotel, which is two minutes away from our breakdown.. They sent another bus with an air conditioner running, but fuck it, we finally arrived at the hotel, where the guide with a malicious smile wished us a "wonderful holiday." I already understood everything then. In general, they started to settle us, they asked us to wait 10 minutes, we waited for 40 minutes, or even an hour, they settled everyone, only we and another couple of our age stayed waiting. After a long wait, we were finally taken to a room. But we started going out not to the main area, but to the building in front of the reception. This building was being rebuilt) and not only was there a floor in the water in our neighbors' room, a closet was being painted and there were Arabs who were trying to finish all the repairs in 10 minutes, but we didn't get into our room, because the suitcase took our room key and went somewhere with it. There were also dead birds in this building, whitewash and putty everywhere, and the sounds of a mosque that no one had warned us about, as well as very stuffy and dirty, especially the glass in the corridors (they have separate problems with glass, dirty everywhere). Of course, this situation did not suit us and we went to the reception, having quarreled with the administrator, we found out that there were no available rooms and they would be available only tomorrow, but he decided to offer us a family room. Of course, we wanted to relax separately, and not live with some people in the same room for the whole vacation, but after going to this room we decided that it was not such a bad option for a day, since there were two separate rooms with their own toilet and bathroom in each and a common room, as well as access to the sea. They told us at the reception that either you live like this for 9 nights, or someone leaves for that terrible building anyway, and someone is being moved to a good one, since we have 15 more people with this problem. In general, we decided to stay in this room so as not to move anyone into that horror, having previously paid $ 12 extra. Let's now analyze the individual points of our vacation. Room: except that we had to fight for it, the room is not bad, but it is not new, and all the furniture is very shabby, everything is battered, shabby and ugly, but it is better than living in a room with a view of the road, as in the first one) Service: well served only those who give at least a dollar. This applies to everything, cleanliness, the bar, food, etc., There are some not very good people working at the reception. Food: as in all hotels, nothing special, bland, sometimes delicious, cola and juices are disgusting, alcohol too, but beer is great). You should not go to alyakart Italian, there will be nothing delicious there. Purity: this is the main disadvantage of the hotel, starting with the reception, ending with mold on our wall in the bathtub, which we asked for money to remove (no one washed it until the end), the toilets everywhere on the territory are just terrible, dirty, especially near the pools, you walk into some kind of catacombs. And of course, all the glasses and mirrors, they need to be advised of some means, otherwise they can not cope. Territory: the territory is relatively good, but small, not particularly suitable. Our building, which we were later moved to, was in "camouflage," as my young man put it, the paint was coming off) There is a place to sit, but it is unpleasant to sit, because all the furniture on the territory is dirty, old and wrinkled, as if they wash the cushions on the sofas with water from a hose, and then they throw dirt there, and traces remain. The beach: this is the only plus of the hotel, for which I gave one star, of course you can add about the animators and the water park, but the animation is 50/50 our Slavic girls are at least trying to do something, but the Arabs are sluggish and dull, and about the water park, two slides out of 4 are normal. Let's return to the sea: the sea is clean and beautiful, there is an amazing coral reef behind the buoys, there are a lot of fish to see, a good approach, but it's better to wear corals, since I cut my finger on the third day and then walked only in them. There is also a pier, you jump right into the depths, it's scary and cool! But there are not enough places on the beach, people take sun beds before breakfast or in the evening. In general, the sea is the only plus. In addition, I want to make a remark to those who will go from Anex. Hammad's guide will be waiting for you at the hotel: first, he will tell you how he understands you, that you did not expect this at all, that the hotel is not very good, but you are holding on And if someone needs SIM cards with the Internet, then after your conversation, he will of course sell them to you for $ 10, without extra charge, He buys it for as much as he gives it back. But after the advertised excursions, it turns out that the sims are sold only to those who take these excursions from him) In general, after quarreling, he will sell you these sims without excursions, but he will make you guilty of this conflict)) The hotel was rebuilt right before our eyes, painted, the handrail was installed at the entrance, I think in a year or two it will be possible to come there for a good rest.
