Hello. I want to share my impressions about the tour in Da Nang. Unfortunately, she left rather negative emotions. Firstly, the guide Valentina seemed boring and uninterested: she answered questions reluctantly, and sometimes completely ignored them. The tour was formal — we were taken to the locations, given brief general information, and then we remained on our own, without any accompaniment or detailed stories. Secondly, the conditions did not match the stated ones. There was no promised sitting bus, as well as the stated amenities at the hotel. The hotel, for example, had two shower rooms for a large number of people from several buses, which made it necessary to stand in a long queue. Taking into account the cost of $ 800, the tour completely failed to meet expectations. Yes, the locations themselves are beautiful and "instagrammable", but I would like to get more information and engagement from the guide, and not just see the beautiful views and hear their names. For comparison, we bought an excursion to monkey Island three times cheaper, decided to take the risk — and were completely satisfied. There was a really interesting guide, a lively presentation and a feeling that the time was spent usefully, not in vain. There are no complaints about breakfast and dinner. For comfort, I would put 3.5* Guided tours 3* Points of interest 5*

We flew to Egypt I had some unpleasant impressions from the tour organization. After completing the guided tours, our guide simply stopped contacting us — he did not respond to messages and ignored any questions, especially regarding departure and transfer time. Then it suddenly turned out that our guide had changed, but no one even warned us about it. The new representative was completely uninterested in communication: he answered questions reluctantly, provided minimal or no information at all. Even the basic question about the departure time remained unanswered. I consider this attitude to clients unacceptable. There is practically no organization at the final stage of the trip, and no support.
