The park is like a park, even most likely a square, since the size is not large. The monument and several waterfalls-fountains (very small), half of which are not working. In my opinion, I would not waste time on it....

A small park with a monument to some sultan. There are shops and a free Wi-Fi point, which we could not connect to. In general, you can take a break in the shade normally. We saw the park when we went to the Aqueduct of Valens
