The whole family have been customers of the store for 6+ years, bought equipment for themselves, parents, recommended to friends - up to one point. An iPhone was purchased in March. After 3 months, a defect appeared on the screen (a broken pixel). Having contacted the store with the requirement to replace the device with a new one (according to the ZoZPP), they began to "hang noodles" that they would take to Europe. In the act of acceptance and transfer, the deadline for "correcting deficiencies" is prescribed for this in 60 days (important: I did not require the elimination of deficiencies - I required a replacement. Even with the requirement to eliminate deficiencies in accordance with the ZoZPP, the period cannot be more than 30 days in agreement with the buyer). The seller in the store, in response to my remark about violating the law, said "I don't like it - buy bullhorns" and "we are guided by Apple's policy" on replacing devices (the store is located in the jurisdiction of the Republic of Belarus and is obliged to obey primarily the laws of the Republic of Belarus). I had to contact the management, make a pre-trial claim and communicate on the record with an explanation of the articles of the law. Only after that, the head promised to check the device within the time limits stipulated in the law on consumer protection (whose fault was the defect). At the end of the allotted week, I had to contact the head myself - they said that "the deadlines are being delayed" and agreed to refund the money. After this incident, improper deadlines (and absolute ignorance of the law on consumer protection by the store's employees) and the lowest level of service, we will never contact this store again and will not advise anyone.

I bought 15 pro max on my birthday, July 31, a wonderful smart, I didn't know that it would impress me so much, after all, I looked at a lot of reviews, I liked that the iPhone itself is fresh (produced in June 24, for the Kuwait market). The price is slightly higher than the competitors, but at least thank you for not having ugly additional seals on the box. I was attracted by the fact that you can watch their alleged iPhone live there, but as it turned out there were only dummies, but it's a pity. Dissatisfied with the service, the arrogant attitude of the consultant girl, repels from the first minutes! The prices are really good, but after the purchase there was a residue. I bought an iPhone 15 pro from this organization, the girl did not pay any attention to my friend and me from the very entrance ... it felt like we came to the bazaar for potatoes. They asked me to bring several models of different colors, and, of course, I wanted to see the boxes, for reliability (because the purchase is not for 3 kopecks anyway), to which they immediately received the answer: - girls, this is not a store, but a pick-up point, tell me immediately what color and model you need. Although I clarified all questions on the phone about the consultation in the store itself, because they asked me to drive up to the office myself, instead of arranging delivery.
In general, what is the result: after the purchase, they did not even offer to purchase anything additionally (power supply, case, protective glass); the girl did not help in any way, everything had to be pulled out by themselves and consulted with a friend through social networks (it took a lot of time for this), and the girl most likely just waited for her food delivery And she wanted us to get out of here as soon as possible.
I'm an unpretentious customer, but they could have already given me a bag.
I also called the warden, who sneered at us as if we were animals in a zoo.

Terrible attitude towards customers.
I wanted to buy an iPhone 16. I called at about one o'clock on the phone and arranged to pick up the phone in the evening of the same day at the pick-up point for the Winners.
Arriving at this "store", another person already said that there was no phone available and I needed to call and ask the person with whom I was communicating.
They told me on the phone that a woman had come before me and taken 2 phones, so there was nothing left for me.
As an apology, they offered me free delivery on another day, although their delivery is already free.
But to place an order, I was asked to return to the store or place an order through the website.
After such an attitude, the desire to buy anything here disappeared. I ordered the desired phone from another store even cheaper.

Лучшие цены в Минске. Продукцию покупаю уже 3 года и качество всегда на высоте. Интересный факт: данному магазину сыграло на руку то, что Apple «вспомнил о природе» и решил продавать устройства без адаптеров. Благодаря этому, комплекты теперь вообще ничем не отличаются от тех, которые продаются у официалов 😉

Купила телефон в январе 2021 года. За год никаких нареканий. Все супер. Оригинальный. Оформили тогда в магазине все оперативно и быстро. Там же покупала дополнительный кабель зарядки, в течении 2х месяцев, из за неправильной эксплуатации начал переламываться, в магазине поменяли по гарантии без проблем. Обязательно буду обращаться ещё. Была бы ещё рассрочка, был бы мой любимый магазин☺️

Покупала в этом магазине свой 12 мини зимой 21 г все хорошо работает, проверен, оригинал. Этим летом ipad 9 все так же супер, без нареканий и адекватная цена.

Несколько лет как покупаем Apple только тут. Смартфоны, макбуки, эирподсы, эплвоч. Цены отличные, всегда быстро, Планирую поменять старый на новый у них по трейдин. Ребята молодцы, не жадничают. Рекомендую.

По девайсам нареканий нет, но вот аксессуары лучше тут не брать. Покупал IPhone 13, чехол, и клеил у них стекло. Через полтора месяца решил поменять чехол, который более плотно сидит и по итогу стекло начало отходить потому что было криво наклеено(сразу это было сложно заметить). Говорят что переклейка платная, несмотря на то что это их косяк. Обидно с учетом того что уже не первый раз тут закупаюсь

Брал себе IPhone 11 Зеленый на 64 GB 23.10.2021. Приехал за 30 минут до закрытия, однако это не стало проблемой. Зеленый остался только в старой комплектации (с адаптером и наушниками), был по этому поводу очень удивлен, не думал, что такое еще возможно) По поводу оригинальности девайса сомнений нет. Серийник пробивался, аппарат был новым. Так же оформили скидочки на аксессуары и сам аппарат, что не может не радовать. Фото прилагаю, сарафанное радио не подвело) Однозначно советую!

Хотел приобрести IPhone 11 pro 256 mb, набрал по телефону подтвердили стоимость и наличие. Заехал не по дороге снял деньги с карты для покупки. Приехав был ошарашен, в наличии нет и небыло а со своего сайта не могут удалить "11 pro" позиции а по телефону я не то спросил или услышал, не чесно работает на рынке этот продавец. Потратил время зря.

Это какой-то пранк? Пришла по указанному адресу- 30 минут искала вход, и не нашла. Менеджер поднял трубку где-то с 10 попытки звонка, ответил дословно: «идите по периметру дома и найдёте». Это норм? Спрашиваю, может, скажете хотя бы номер подъезда, на что мне просто повторили свой ответ, добавили, что находятся на 1 этаже рядом со страхованием и малинкой(?), на второй подниматься не нужно. Обошла периметр первого этажа, затем второго, посмотрела со стороны жилого двора, не нашла, ничего не купила, потратила свое время. Указано офис 308- находится на противоположной стороне дома от указанной на карте точке, и там совсем другая контора.
К сожалению только дома загрузились фото, где видно, что вход находится вообще ни разу не на первом этаже и не рядом со страхованием. общем мой совет- не лениться как я и ехать в нормальный магазин электроники, если цените свое время и деньги) А менеджера советую поменять, продажник из него никакой, из дома звонили когда уточнить есть ли шнур - ответ был «посмотрите на сайте»

Магазин хороший, коллега посоветовал. Маме телефон покупал: утром заказал, в течении часа набрали, и после работы приехал оплатил-забрал. Удобно: на сайте есть каталог, в живую можно посмотреть повыбирать аксессуары. При покупки девайса и стекла его сразу могут наклеить. Даже гарантию недельную на стекло дают:3
