One of my favorite cafes since 2007. It was the first one that opened as a modern restaurant/cafe. I really miss their delicous chocolate cakes called apra which still I remember dearly.

After reading the reviews, I was afraid to go to a restaurant, because there are reviews where they write that they carry dishes for a long time and that the dishes are tasteless. But we decided to take a chance once. We were lucky — only 3 tables were occupied in the restaurant during the day except for us. The waitress came quickly, and the dishes were also done quickly for three people — within 20 minutes. or earlier. I ordered an egg boat, a burger, a salad, rustic fries, and a milkshake. Everything is delicious, I liked everything. The view is very beautiful. You can smoke indoors, and this is VERY BAD, because why should non-smokers inhale this disgusting smell? Let the smokers come out and smoke outside! But even here we were lucky — when we were in rest, there were no smoking tables. Therefore, you can safely go to this restaurant, everything in it is ok. The tables are really low, as they say in the reviews — it's not very convenient.

We were lured to this restaurant by local acquaintances - a company came in the evening, there were a lot of people, which is why we were seated at an extremely uncomfortable table (instead of chairs, there were poufs without backs, and how could we even sit and relax for about an hour?). Then we moved to normal places, and there were a lot of dishes to choose from; special respect to the hookah man, who helped with the choice and offered many alternatives, BUT the hookah itself was bland and not very tasty (probably due to the fact that it was taken without nicotine for the first time, but not a fact). There are no complaints about food +, yes, not the Michelin level, but edible. Special attention was drawn to the pork steak, which did not match the menu's packaging and which tasted like rubber (I had not personally tried it, but my friends tried it and were shocked). The manager opened her eyes wide at our claims and sincerely did not understand our questions about the calculation and taste of meat. Well, the expectation of the same bill, of course, finally made me doubt the prospect of a second visit here.

It wasn't the first year of my vacation that I always wanted to visit this institution. Excellent location, the view is extraordinary. On the way back, we also stopped at the Brekhalka for a cup of legendary coffee (coffee like coffee). The place is very clean, cozy and bright. The order was accepted quickly, and everything was prepared just as quickly. Very tasty wok, classic rolls were also served to the child. There are few places in Abkhazia where there are avocados, but we loved them and were pleasantly surprised. My husband ordered pasta, and I liked it too. The price tag is acceptable. On the way, however, gypsies tried to land on the embankment, it's not very pleasant, but we know how to behave. I definitely recommend it!

I don't know where this "establishment" got such a high rating from yesterday, my husband and I ordered salmon tartare (30% salmon was in the tartare, the rest was avocado + cucumbers + lettuce leaves) and a seafood set was generally normal, but the mussels were not washed, sand and shell fragments crunched on our teeth... through 3 hours after the restaurant, I started to feel wildly sick - I got terrible food poisoning, which I struggled with all night and the next day. I highly do not recommend this eatery.

Every time we visit Sukhum, my family and I visit this place, my daughter loves rolls very much and misses them very much on vacation, I don't trust some small cafes, so we come here. The food is not wow, especially the rolls, it's more like rice porridge with cucumber, avocado, some fish, but very mediocre. Wok noodles are fine, of course it's not an Asian wok even once, but you can eat it. The salads are not bad, but they are overdone, I took them with a tortilla, the sauce feels just ready from the package, something like mayonnaise, Caesar, as usual, the dressing is lame. According to the service, well, if you came in the afternoon, then everything is OK, but if you came in the evening... we waited for the 1st salad for 40 minutes, then brought 2 hot ones, then rolls, and only then 2 more salads and grilled fish. I understand that no one has heard the concept of "serving, line" here, but at least they brought each dish, even if it was mixed cold/hot. But there was still a desire to leave a tip, the waiters are friendly, and as I know, the service is not only waiters, but also chefs. There are also very strange lemonades and cocktails, my daughter loves mojitos very much, but she didn't finish it, we ordered lemonade, it was a very strange color, it didn't taste very good. The view is beautiful, the prices are normal, it is worth visiting, but not more than once, due to the service.

We walked along the embankment in the evening and decided to visit this place, there were three adults, one of us was very hungry, ordered salads, mussels, chicken, etc. As a result, after half an hour they brought us 2 salads, after another 40 minutes they brought mussels that were iced, i.e. they were not even completely defrosted, after 1 hour and 20 minutes we ask how things are with the chicken, the waiters answer that it is already in the oven and in 5 minutes it will be ready, after another 15 minutes, apparently the senior administrator comes and says that the chicken is not ready yet and we need to wait at least another 30 minutes, we refused and left after paying off, and the hungriest person remained hungry.

We were passing through Sukhumi, decided to have dinner, and since we had been to this cafe many times before, we decided not to change the tradition. We ordered chicken fillet, salad, everything was delicious and beautifully served. We also ordered mullet and mullet. From the barbecue menu. But... they just brought fried fish. It was impossible to eat the lamb- the taste of marsh mud. I don't even know what had to be done to her to ruin it like that. The mullet was a C grade... when butchering, there was a strange substance inside- either badly gutted, or I do not know what… To our comment about the taste of fish, the waitress said, well, it's fish, so it tastes like that... by the way, it's not the first time we've eaten fish in our lives and we perfectly understand its taste. A very unpleasant aftertaste remained. We won't come here anymore. Also among the disadvantages are smoky curtains and sofas with cigarette burns. As non-smokers, the smell of smoke in the room was not pleasant to us. In general, the beautiful view and location and 50% of the food from the receipt did not compensate for the remaining disadvantages. It's a pity, there was a favorite cafe in Sukhum.
