A HUGE problem (was for me) that after 21:00) go out and enter the hotel, only on a call to the security (it was very expensive for me and the Russian operator to call the security every time) From August 10th to 11th, the night guard is just a tinker. Unhappy that I woke him up when I tried to get to my room (unfortunately I paid for accommodation for 4 nights, etc.) I had to leave for the airport early in the morning, asked that the door be opened and let out of the hotel at 04:00, so the security was not so happy. Quote - so I was told that at 3 o'clock it was tedious to get up and let you out, to the question that I would probably leave around 4 a.m. / there was an ingenious answer: there I need to rearrange the alarm clock to wake up. Night security, sleeps and gets up on the alarm clock to let the guest out. Rude and arrogant!

I've been to this hotel. Everything is fine. The girls at the reception are friendly. We made it out quickly and told them everything. A large room. Clear. The linen is white, good. There are towels in the bathroom. The bathroom itself is spacious. The room price includes a swimming pool, sauna, gym. There is parking. I'd give it five stars, but.... The impression was completely ruined by the breakfasts(((. That's something... How he returned to the USSR. Fried eggs with sausages... Brrr.... The first two days were served by a young man at the bar. It feels like you're distracting him. No interest in the client at all.

The hotel as a whole is not bad, there are not many rooms, it is quiet. Ours was on the second floor, huge, with a large balcony, well decorated and furnished, cleanliness without pretensions. Comfortable for three people. The room has a TV, a kettle and a refrigerator, two cups, two glasses, towels and linen, only soap in the bathroom. The hotel has a good swimming pool, you can walk for free during the opening hours of the aqua zone (on weekdays only in the evening). We had a tariff with a water park, it is 30 minutes away by car, I really liked it. The breakfasts are hearty: pancakes or sausage with fried eggs and toast and tea/ coffee. Parking was a disadvantage for us. It is nice, large and closed, but when you check in, you need to ensure that your state number is handed over to security. We asked, we were convinced that everything was fine, nothing was needed. As a result, twice we could not leave without calling security, creating problems for the cars behind us. In general, the staff is very friendly, but there was a feeling that the hotel is a side business of this complex and not much attention is paid to it (like its guests).
