The hotel is on 3 and the review is too. We lived on the third floor and our room was insanely cold, even with the batteries turned off!!! The room itself is large, but dark due to the fact that there are simply no light bulbs. The room had a TV, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, towels, two shampoos, two glasses, and perhaps everything. The breakfasts in the hotels are not bad, but all the food is cold!! There is always a huge queue for coffee! There is a park, a couple of grocery stores and a mac buy near the hotel. Conclusion: if you are without children and come to Belarus for a short period of time, then it is normal)

Very comfortable rooms, courteous service, qualified staff who helps with any issue. Cleanliness in the rooms and corridors. The hotel has fully justified itself for its cost, with only excellent impressions. If you have come not to stay at the hotel, but only for a night's rest, then that's it.
