The Arai residential complex, in my opinion, is one of the best and most reliable residential complexes in the city. Excellent location, excellent transport accessibility, metro, shops, schools, etc. A very large green courtyard, closed for transport. But the most important thing is that the LCD is considered seismically reliable. After the last noticeable ZT in 2024, at home, on a thin interior wall, I noticed a small crack. There were no cracks on the load-bearing walls, as well as in the entrance and on the platforms.

The main advantage of the LCD is its location. Metro, bus stops, Parking, kindergarten, schools nearby. The building was built in the early 2010s, and it seems to be good. However, I lived in an apartment on the top floor, and there were cracks on the curtain walls from the 2015-2016 earthquake. But I also like the courtyard and the greenery in the courtyards. Why not, but 4 zvkzdy is for parking the lowest level, there are no elevators from there and you have to climb stairs with bags. For an LCD in such an area and comfort, I think it would be cool to finish the elevator shaft right away and to the lowest floor. And also the prices for secondary apartments, it feels like you are buying business elite class apartments
