Nice apartment. Unfortunatly in poor condition somewhere. But calm and silent. The big pros is cafe Farm Coffee on the first floor. Tasty breakfast and friendly staff!

The Arai residential complex, in my opinion, is one of the best and most reliable residential complexes in the city. Excellent location, excellent transport accessibility, metro, shops, schools, etc. A very large green courtyard, closed for transport. But the most important thing is that the LCD is considered seismically reliable. After the last noticeable ZT in 2024, at home, on a thin interior wall, I noticed a small crack. There were no cracks on the load-bearing walls, as well as in the entrance and on the platforms.

Residential complex "Aray" combines the pros and cons: • Advantages: excellent location, well-developed infrastructure, cozy courtyard, playgrounds, warm in winter. • Disadvantages: poor sound insulation, parking problems, and sometimes dissatisfaction with the work of the KSK.
