Nice apartment. Unfortunatly in poor condition somewhere. But calm and silent. The big pros is cafe Farm Coffee on the first floor. Tasty breakfast and friendly staff!

A wonderful complex! High- level maintenance , round - the-clock duty .The yard is being cleaned, the lawns are mowed, the residents are much more cultured than in the blocks of Minus one star because there is no access to the street from the first floor of the parking lot and there are still apartments for rent.And where are they not!? I recommend you to buy, especially since prices have dropped.
