We stopped by the Arash Business Center on Istikbol Street in 2022, and we are still working here.. Initially, we were just looking for a presentable office in the Mirabad district with good parking and a sane management company. We are engaged in the production and large-scale export of mineral fertilizers (NPK, carbamide), and we often receive foreign customers, so the status of the building was critical for us. There are zero questions about the business center itself: the cleaning works like clockwork, the security is polite, the elevators are modern and do not hang during rush hour. But I want to write this review not only about the walls, but about the unique ecosystem of this place. For a long time our company had a real headache with logistics. The export of fertilizers is a difficult profile: complicated customs clearance, constant fuss with quotas, certification and selection of transport. We traveled all over Tashkent from one broker to another, periodically encountering deadlines. Once, in a conversation with the BC administration, we accidentally complained about these problems, and we were prompted: "And you go down to the first floor, there are serious logistics guys sitting there." That's how we got to know Customs Cargo Control (3C). It turned out that we have a top 3PL operator and a licensed customs representative based right in our building! We took the elevator down, discussed the problems of our exports, and outsourced the first trial batch of carbamide to them. They did everything on a turnkey basis: they calculated a profitable freight, brilliantly executed the declaration and closed the issue with certificates. Now 3C is our strategic partner. This is an unrealistic comfort for business: when it is urgently necessary to coordinate documents on foreign economic activity or discuss a complex contract, our commercial director simply goes down to the first floor, and the issue is resolved in 10 minutes over a cup of coffee, without endless phone calls. BC "Arash" deserves solid 5 stars.
