Helpful staff, a good atmosphere, and a wonderful view especially if you are staying close to the roof. Variety of food for breakfast included. The sauna, and swimming pool are clean. In general, we were satisfied.

Awesome place! They have family rooms which is very convenient for families with kids. Winter and summer pools. Board games room, table tennis, small library, small playground - we enjoyed all of it! Mountain view is spectacular - both winter and summer time.

It's amazing, just the best hotel in my life in terms of price-quality ratio (and I've visited 35 countries, there's something to compare it with). The hotel itself is beautiful, there are paintings everywhere - like in a gallery of modern art, the room is incredible, the most beautiful view of the mountains, everything is thought out! Breakfast is simply beyond praise, a large selection of dishes, everything is delicious, takes place in the restaurant on the 6th floor - the view of the mountains is amazing! The hotel has a tennis table, a children's corner, a cinema, where we ourselves chose a movie and watched it! With great sound! Spa - 3 types of saunas, indoor and outdoor swimming pools - everything is very nice, clean, and we enjoyed being there. The service is top-notch. Thank you!!! It's a pity that we only stayed one night, we already want to come back!

The hotel is in a good location, large, cozy, but tired rooms. The restaurant was a disappointment, tasteless and expensive, it was noisy, the company was walking, the atmosphere in the evening was disappointing. However, the breakfast was varied and delicious with a wonderful view from the terrace. The territory is small, you can't walk, but it's clean and well maintained. Comfortable outdoor chairs with mountain views :) you can get stuck for a long time.

The hotel is amazing and has left the most pleasant impressions. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Our room was overlooking the mountains, spacious, bright, and clean. The hotel has a spa area, a restaurant, and separate rooms for companies to sit and play board games, which are also available in large numbers. There is a children's corner and a room with game consoles. There is a summer pool there in summer. The only negative is, pay attention to the mini bar. Open the refrigerator and check all the bottles and jars. Because in the children's room, it turned out that 2 cans of beer had been drunk, but they were intact in the mini-bar. The situation was settled, it turned out that this was not the first case. Apparently, the staff earns a penny this way. In general, I want to come back here, relax my soul and body.

My favorite vacation spot in the mountains! It is convenient that the rest is right in the room, you do not need to walk around the territory. There is a lot of entertainment for children: a playground for toddlers, ping pong, a game room (computer games), a board game room, a cinema. A clean pool with warm water. The spa area also has a hammam and sauna. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning. Polite staff. Always a great reboot in my favorite Archazor!

A great place to relax, it's very beautiful in winter, surrounded on all sides by snow-capped mountains, clean air, delicious breakfast, I liked saunas and a swimming pool, there is a gym, massage, a beautiful fir grove, there was a nice room with a double bed and a soft mattress, I didn't like the politeness at the reception when we checked out, as if something the man was not happy, for this a minus star, but the place itself is good!

Excellent location, the territory is large and well maintained. Bungalows have been chosen for living, they are located a level below the main complex. We really liked it. The bungalow has underfloor heating, so it is very warm and comfortable in winter, panoramic windows, a wonderful private veranda, and there is also a small kitchen with a great view. What we lacked in this place was entertainment for winter holidays, although it was quite possible to organize tubing there. Many of them brought it with them, there's quite a lot of space for this, there's a hill road between the houses, so there's somewhere to ride, but this was our first time and we weren't ready, unfortunately they don't have any tubing or sleds for rent there. The children entertained themselves by playing snowballs and rolling out slides for themselves right on the steps, in the part where they were not cleared of snow, they rode, as they say, right on the "zh.pe". The staff is generally friendly, the rooms are clean, there are all bathroom accessories, the restaurant is located on the last sixth floor and with its the terraces offer quite a beautiful view. New Year's Eve was celebrated there, the tables were set perfectly, the cook had a separate respect! There was nothing that my fastidious children didn't like. And the organization of the celebration itself was a solid four. In general, I recommend the place, but for winter holidays and New year's Eve, next time I want to try another place in the neighborhood, as something was a little lacking for complete comfort.

The hotel is normal, the room is equipped, spacious, but it smells of dust and mice... the breakfast is average, the same thing for 3 days, we arrived at 9 a.m., the shakshusha was over and it was not added in 30 minutes. The staff at the restaurant is surly, not friendly, we had dinner there, there's nothing nearby, the quality of the food is so-so, something was delicious, something was not very expensive! In the afternoon we went to Amirsoy, to a barbecue on charvak, even there it turned out to be cheaper and much tastier. The children are bored here, there is no normal playground on the territory, and there is nowhere to go for a walk.

The rooms are always perfectly clean, cleaning is carried out every day, and you can feel it from the very first minute. A special love is a bungalow! We always choose them: spacious, cozy, with a kitchenette where you can heat food. A huge comfortable bed, a sofa with a table — everything is thought out for a comfortable stay. The staff is amazing: attentive, helpful and always ready to help. The atmosphere here is so warm and pleasant that you want to come back again and again. For us, Archazora is a place where everything is super perfect. We are already waiting for the next trip! 💚

We had a rest with my husband from April 19th to 21st. The staff is good, they quickly guided you through the work of nearby places, routes and exchangers, special thanks for the opportunity to study in the gym early in the morning (according to the rules, he works from 9 a.m., but the staff went to a meeting and allowed you to work out at 6). The gym is small - the only equipment is a track, an ellipse, a bicycle, dumbbells from 2 to 22 kg and two benches, one of which is adjustable in inclination. There are no mats and additional equipment in the form of traction straps, for example. Water is only in the cooler next to the spa, bottled water is not offered, which complicates the training process, you have to run every 10 minutes for a glass. The rooms are spacious and quiet, the balconies are cool. The breakfast is a buffet, nothing unusual, lots of sweets and you can order an omelet. On the downside: they asked us to bring an iron with an ironing board to the room, they only brought an iron, and there are no extension cords in the hotel, which prevented us from connecting the computer in the hookah bar to the TV for a long time. Otherwise, everything is fine, the pool is clean, sauna and hammam are on the level.

The only advantages are the expectation of a good rest, spacious, clean rooms and a beautiful view from the veranda of the restaurant. The rest of the infrastructure (swimming pool, sauna, gym, shower and toilet) couldn't use it. There was no water. Each time, the reception staff promised that water would be provided in minutes.… This, of course, did not happen! Water appeared 3 times a day for 30 minutes. The water quality was extremely questionable (cloudy brownish color with odor). It was only possible to flush the toilet with this water. As it turned out, the water was pumped into the system not from a water truck, but from a fire truck.… Today, closer to 12:00, hotel guests began to apply for refunds en masse and leave the hotel, even those who had paid for a few days' rest in advance. It is noteworthy that none of the hotel management came to solve this problem, and the reception could not say anything and just listened to the angry speeches of the guests. Therefore, the rating of the hotel is one star, not zero, because I spent the night at least in a warm room, and not outside. I will not attach photos of muddy water from the faucet and toilet bowl, so as not to aggravate this unpleasant situation altogether.
