Helpful staff, a good atmosphere, and a wonderful view especially if you are staying close to the roof. Variety of food for breakfast included. The sauna, and swimming pool are clean. In general, we were satisfied.

Awesome place! They have family rooms which is very convenient for families with kids. Winter and summer pools. Board games room, table tennis, small library, small playground - we enjoyed all of it! Mountain view is spectacular - both winter and summer time.

They lived from April 19 to April 22, 2026. Composition: 2 adults and an 11-year-old child. Before the trip, we encountered the blatant incompetence of Yandex support (we booked a Trip through Yandex). Despite booking for three people, Yandex tried to impose an additional payment for a child in the amount of $ 50/day for an additional one. bed. The issue was resolved only after direct negotiations with the hotel and repeated complaints in support. In addition, the service did not warn about construction work and hidden fees. There are no complaints about the accommodation itself inside the hotel, everything is on the level. Excellent indoor warm pool, hammam and sauna. Perfect cleanliness in the SPA area. There is a children's area, cinema, table tennis, gym, PS5. Cleaning and replenishing of water daily. There is a coffee machine, tea/coffee is free. Bathrobes are provided in the room, towels are provided at the SPA. The breakfasts are included, delicious and varied. The hotel's restaurant prepares high-quality and delicious meals, and room service is available. There were unpleasant moments and "pitfalls". When checking in, they tried to collect additional a fee (resort fee) that was not specified in the Yandex voucher. After a firm refusal and a reference to the terms of the aggregator, the issue was resolved, but the sediment remained. At 8 a.m., the hammer drill started working. The hotel is in the process of renovation: the rooms and the main swimming pool are being renovated. No one warned about working in the "technical mode". The second pool (the lower one) is in poor condition. If you're waiting for Rosa Khutor-level infrastructure, then it's not here. The entire mountain cluster is one big construction site. There is construction debris, unfinished buildings, no sidewalks, normal cafes and walking areas. There is nothing to do without a car: you need to drive to the ski lifts (Amirsoy), the Solar Institute or normal restaurants in the village (such as Tien Shan). Get ready to pay for parking everywhere. In summary: The mountains are magnificent, the hotel inside is decent, but the surrounding devastation and the aggregator service spoil the impression. You should only go if you have a car. I hope that in 5 years there will be order here, but for now it is a "wild" resort.

My favorite vacation spot in the mountains! It is convenient that the rest is right in the room, you do not need to walk around the territory. There is a lot of entertainment for children: a playground for toddlers, ping pong, a game room (computer games), a board game room, a cinema. A clean pool with warm water. The spa area also has a hammam and sauna. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning. Polite staff. Always a great reboot in my favorite Archazor!

Excellent location, the territory is large and well maintained. Bungalows have been chosen for living, they are located a level below the main complex. We really liked it. The bungalow has underfloor heating, so it is very warm and comfortable in winter, panoramic windows, a wonderful private veranda, and there is also a small kitchen with a great view. What we lacked in this place was entertainment for winter holidays, although it was quite possible to organize tubing there. Many of them brought it with them, there's quite a lot of space for this, there's a hill road between the houses, so there's somewhere to ride, but this was our first time and we weren't ready, unfortunately they don't have any tubing or sleds for rent there. The children entertained themselves by playing snowballs and rolling out slides for themselves right on the steps, in the part where they were not cleared of snow, they rode, as they say, right on the "zh.pe". The staff is generally friendly, the rooms are clean, there are all bathroom accessories, the restaurant is located on the last sixth floor and with its the terraces offer quite a beautiful view. New Year's Eve was celebrated there, the tables were set perfectly, the cook had a separate respect! There was nothing that my fastidious children didn't like. And the organization of the celebration itself was a solid four. In general, I recommend the place, but for winter holidays and New year's Eve, next time I want to try another place in the neighborhood, as something was a little lacking for complete comfort.

A great place to relax, it's very beautiful in winter, surrounded on all sides by snow-capped mountains, clean air, delicious breakfast, I liked saunas and a swimming pool, there is a gym, massage, a beautiful fir grove, there was a nice room with a double bed and a soft mattress, I didn't like the politeness at the reception when we checked out, as if something the man was not happy, for this a minus star, but the place itself is good!

The hotel is normal, the room is equipped, spacious, but it smells of dust and mice... the breakfast is average, the same thing for 3 days, we arrived at 9 a.m., the shakshusha was over and it was not added in 30 minutes. The staff at the restaurant is surly, not friendly, we had dinner there, there's nothing nearby, the quality of the food is so-so, something was delicious, something was not very expensive! In the afternoon we went to Amirsoy, to a barbecue on charvak, even there it turned out to be cheaper and much tastier. The children are bored here, there is no normal playground on the territory, and there is nowhere to go for a walk.

It's amazing, just the best hotel in my life in terms of price-quality ratio (and I've visited 35 countries, there's something to compare it with). The hotel itself is beautiful, there are paintings everywhere - like in a gallery of modern art, the room is incredible, the most beautiful view of the mountains, everything is thought out! Breakfast is simply beyond praise, a large selection of dishes, everything is delicious, takes place in the restaurant on the 6th floor - the view of the mountains is amazing! The hotel has a tennis table, a children's corner, a cinema, where we ourselves chose a movie and watched it! With great sound! Spa - 3 types of saunas, indoor and outdoor swimming pools - everything is very nice, clean, and we enjoyed being there. The service is top-notch. Thank you!!! It's a pity that we only stayed one night, we already want to come back!

We always choose them: spacious, cozy, with a kitchenette where you can heat food. A huge comfortable bed, a sofa with a table — everything is thought out for a comfortable stay. The staff is amazing: attentive, helpful and always ready to help. The atmosphere here is so warm and pleasant that you want to come back again and again. For us, Archazora is a place where everything is super perfect. We are already waiting for the next trip! 💚

We had a rest with my husband from April 19th to 21st. The staff is good, they quickly guided you through the work of nearby places, routes and exchangers, special thanks for the opportunity to study in the gym early in the morning (according to the rules, he works from 9 a.m., but the staff went to a meeting and allowed you to work out at 6). The gym is small - the only equipment is a track, an ellipse, a bicycle, dumbbells from 2 to 22 kg and two benches, one of which is adjustable in inclination. There are no mats and additional equipment in the form of traction straps, for example. Water is only in the cooler next to the spa, bottled water is not offered, which complicates the training process, you have to run every 10 minutes for a glass. The rooms are spacious and quiet, the balconies are cool. The breakfast is a buffet, nothing unusual, lots of sweets and you can order an omelet. On the downside: they asked us to bring an iron with an ironing board to the room, they only brought an iron, and there are no extension cords in the hotel, which prevented us from connecting the computer in the hookah bar to the TV for a long time. Otherwise, everything is fine, the pool is clean, sauna and hammam are on the level.

Great rooms, beautiful views! I really liked the spa and pool, everything is clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds! There was even a light on the balcony😍 The only thing is that the service is suffering a lot, but I didn't want to take a star off for it, I just hope that the management will take note of this case!. Our room was not ready by 3:30 p.m., we were given the keys to the room, which was not cleaned. At the beginning, the receptionist asked to wait another 40 minutes for the room to be cleaned. Then there were outrages on my part that it was too long and that the room should have been ready by 14! After that, the cleaning time was reduced to 30 minutes. Thus, we could check into the room that we had booked only by 16.00. There were questions about whether we booked the room in advance, what it was for, it is not clear. Please note that we called there twice on our own to confirm that our check-in was valid. In general, I was upset that in return the administration did not offer compensation for such a waste of our time from the moment of arrival ... so I asked myself and a little later they gave us a discount. Thanks for that! I wish this would never happen to anyone else! And there are delicious breakfasts here! Everyone will definitely find something to their liking! I really liked the restaurant based on its taste preferences, but the waiters there are wonderful!
