Two adults and a 10-year-old child had a vacation in 2024. They moved into the second building, a five-story building. Who gives 5 stars? Furniture from the 90s. The chairs are so old and dirty, it's just awful. The bathroom is old. You can hear who lives in the next room, even what they're talking about. And this is a five-star hotel? I'm shocked. Cleaning was done once in 7 days. Toilet paper had to be begged at the reception. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste, not to mention an air freshener for the toilet, we bought it ourselves in a store for 700 rubles. The food is monotonous. The music by the pool just screams the same thing day after day. In recent days, I didn't even want to go to the pool. We arrived at night, there was supposed to be hot soup, but they refused. You buy a gazebo on the beach for money, and in the late afternoon the staff are standing over your soul, like you're leaving, you need to clean everything up. I'm shocked. This athel is 5 stars, and 3. Tour operators, do not sell this athel as 5 stars!!!
You go on an excursion for a lot of money, they ask you to unbuckle the driver, they even take rubles.
The cook who cooked shawarma by the pool is generally kind of angry, unfriendly.
We were taking shawarma, and he started yelling that we were taking it with us to take away. Although we came from an excursion, we were late for lunch.

Great hotel! We had a rest in Agmas on June 06-21, 2023 with children (6 and 9 years old) the second time. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel has become even better: there is a garden with hammocks, swings, coffee and beer houses in the shade of ancient pines, the possibility of a snack not only in the main restaurant. The sea is the purest. The road to the beach is a walking area, there are practically no cars, there are no descents and ascents. 500m of a shady alley is a great opportunity to spend calories! Despite the fact that there is a transfer for those who wish. The animation is excellent, children and adults are constantly entertained. The guys are working 100%. The windows of the room overlooked the garden under the pines, so there was no need to turn on the air conditioner. The beach is designed for three hotels, but Agmas has its own sun beds and umbrellas. The hotel staff constantly come to the beach and guests of neighboring hotels are asked to take sun beds in their area. There were no queues in the restaurant, the tables were cleaned quickly, there were always enough plates and appliances.

We just returned today, I'm writing a review in hot pursuit. I was on vacation with a teenager. On the positive side: clean sea, good animation for children and adults, change of linen and towels daily. We lived in the main building in a standard room with a large balcony.
From the negative: poor and tasteless food, a complete lack of fruits for breakfast and lunch (only apples and oranges and this is the month of July) For dinner is also not so good, watermelon, grapefruit and the same apples
And I was completely finished off by the fact that when I left the hotel at night, I asked for a lunch box, instead of breakfast, the answer was - we do not give!... Take a sandwich. She asked me to put 4 pieces of cheese in the sandwich, instead of "colored sausage " the answer is "only two"...

I stayed at the hotel in May. I chose a hotel for a long time, I did not immediately choose this one, because I wanted the first line from the sea. But I did not regret that my choice fell on Armas Kaplan.I really liked the hotel! The territory is large and beautiful. The food is delicious (desserts are not to my taste). The animation is great! The bartenders made delicious cocktails (diluted wine, I don't drink strong alcohol).
Of the cons-
The room was ordinary, the Windows faced the road, it was noisy and the neighbors' audibility was also present.
And you can attribute queues for food to the disadvantages🙂
I would like to note the atmosphere in this hotel, it is very warm, friendly, cozy! And the evening programs are interesting, after the performance of the artists there is a disco.
We walked to Phaselis, the road is not difficult.

I love this hotel. My husband and I have come here 4 times already and we are satisfied every time. The staff is very polite, friendly, happy to help, if there are any questions related to the hotel, they can suggest a good cafe or shop, I'll look around. The hotel itself is quite cozy, despite its not too modern renovation and rooms, I want to come back here like home. Here is a beautiful green, well-groomed territory with lots of flowers, and of course kittens, there is no way in Turkey without them :) The hotel consists of two buildings - the main and Anex building (family). From entertainment there is a disco, various contests, animation happens for kids, but unfortunately I don't know the details, since my husband and I missed these moments. There is also a swimming pool for both adults and young visitors. Access to the sea with a transfer, which brings with the breeze those who want to refresh themselves in hot weather, you can also walk, it will take about 5 minutes at most. The beach itself, though a little with pebbles, is very neat and convenient for entering the water. About the food: everything is very tasty, without super frills, but you definitely won't stay hungry. There is also a selection of meat, fish, fresh fruit, ice cream, delicious coffee, gozleme, waffles, pancakes for breakfast and much more. Of course, seafood fans can remain indifferent, since there are practically no seafood here, but in general, we were personally satisfied like elephants :) Thank you for a wonderful vacation and friendly relations!

We stayed at this hotel with my wife and son (3 years 11 months) in July 2024 from the 17th. Friendly staff at the reception, checked into the room closer to 12 o'clock in the afternoon. The room is normal, everything worked. The territory of the hotel is very green and beautiful. Two pools, one with slides and a small children's pool. Three bars (one on the beach). You can have a snack everywhere both before lunch and before dinner, everything is delicious (and on the beach too).Local beer and spirits. The animation is very funny, well done. There is a car constantly cruising to the beach, so we have never walked, but the beach, in principle, is not so far away. The sea is wonderful, the entrance to the sea is also wonderful. On the beaches there are sun beds with mattresses, and canopies. The hotel has a very good Hammam, you can just come to the sauna, warm up, and swim in the cool pool there. I liked the hotel.

We are resting in this hotel at the moment. In order:
1. It took us 2 hours to get from the airport (it's a bit far and hard for us after the already long road from Moscow). The bus from the airport is comfortable with air conditioning, but a bottle of water is $1.
2. The hotel is well located, I would say, surrounded by greenery! It's incredibly beautiful and you can find shadows. The room stock is a bit old, of course, but clean. The cleaning was done formally, the towels are not changed, but simply folded. The air conditioner works intermittently, the request to replace the battery in the remote control was answered so well .....
3. The sea is a 5-minute walk along a shady alley, a walk does not bother you, but you definitely need to walk more after such a power supply)
4. The food is normal, I would say no frills. Meat, fish, vegetables, sweets, nothing supernatural. Low-quality drinks. The hotel is definitely not worth the money we paid. 4 is solid!

Overall, I liked the hotel.
The territory of the hotel pleased me. Pine trees, citrus trees. There is a green area with hammocks, benches, swings and a coffee shop - it's great to relax there in the afternoon heat.
The pool is great, big, clean. The second pool by the water slides - two of the three were working.
The room is spacious, clean, the bed is comfortable, the plumbing worked properly, cleaning every day - we lived in the main building.
The staff is very friendly, the animation is great.
Location - bus stop to Kemer and Antalya in front of the hotel! The pharmacy is next door! Migros is 7-10 minutes away at a leisurely pace through the village.
Food - there is little variety in meat (in two weeks they gave mutton once, the rest of the time chicken) delicious pastry and donuts! pizza, burgers, shawarma, and French fries with nuggets are constantly served throughout the day.
For us, the main drawback is the crowding of people on the beach (it is common for three hotels)

2. A meager assortment of food for breakfast, for lunch even less, but still.
3. Watermelons are only for dinner, which is very strange, in the 23rd year, watermelons were for every meal.
4. The rooms are not cleaned, the pastel linen has never been changed in a week, only the garbage was taken out.
5. At sea, too, not without disadvantages, old canopies are rusted, inconvenient entry and exit from the water, there are huge queues at the bar, there are only 2 showers on the entire beach, and one "foot wash".
6. On the first night they settled in the old building of 96, in a shabby 2-bed room, with a cot instead of a pre-booked 3-seater, the floor is slippery in the shower, the interior, so to speak, matches the era.
7. After the first night, they settled in a newer building, there are also not without disadvantages, 3 elevators for 200+ rooms, and then 3 elevators were at a distance from the rooms, the acoustics in this building are like in a concert hall, someone says something near the elevator (and we were far from near he), it is heard as if they are talking in our room, the ventilation in the toilet connects to the next room, there was a family there, a mother with two daughters, and a grandmother, the children say, it is heard as if in our room.
8. The refrigerator in our room was broken, it did not cool at all.
9. Slides, one of the 3 does not work for 2 years in a row, the base of the slides and the "approach" to them are rusted, the slides are flowing, the pool at the slides is dirty.
10. The pool is also not the cleanest, besides it is also warm, it feels like swimming in soup.
11. In the restaurant itself, where breakfast, lunch and dinner actually took place, it is unrealistic to sit inside, tables are occupied in the first few minutes after the restaurant opens, if you do not sit inside, then you sit sweating outside, where there are also flies.
In general, the hotel was much better in the 23rd year, compared to the 24th year, and very much so. For people who come to Turkey for the first time, it's not bad, but for people who have seen normal service in Turkey, they won't like it.

We stayed at this hotel from 09/01/2024 to 09/10/2024.
The hotel is nice, cozy, clean. Lots of greenery, nice and clean pools, there were also slides (three adults, 1 child). A fairly large number of sun beds.
The sea is clean and warm, there is no excess debris that floats in the water, the only disadvantage of which is the fish that bite wounds or roughened skin on the body. The entrance to the sea is not for everyone. There are small pebbles, which is clearly not suitable for everyone (leg sensitivity). There was also animation on the sea, which could not but please.
If anyone is interested, then WI-FI at sea does not catch. The fishing is excellent on site. Everything was loaded, nothing was hanging.
The food is delicious, varied, children, of course, do not have much choice, but you can always find something. The hotel also has fish and Turkish restaurants. We were in rybnoye - I was not impressed. They don't tell you much about the dish, the food is ordinary, the same as at dinner.
The best thing about this hotel is the animators. These are people who literally saved the rest, a varied show program (from Monday to Saturday), good animation for children (excursions). Everyone is kind, they will help, they will chat about something, they are neat. Orhan, Serjan, Yunus, Evren, Luda, Lisa, Natasha, Botha and Dayana - you are the best).
The most important disadvantage that we noticed when staying at the hotel is the service. The dishes were not completely clean, once a piece of chocolate came across on the side of the plate, the knives were also not very clean. It's not very pleasant to eat with such dishes.

Specifically, he wrote nasty things to me on the phone that we did not book tours from him.
The food is very bad, I would even say terrible. And the cradles of women))))) So this is a nightmare.
Alcohol is of very low quality, it is not possible to drink. Although the Poles who rested in this thaw drank buckets .
The hotel rooms are very tired, it couldn't be worse.
There was severe poisoning. A lot of people were lying down .The ambulance was constantly coming.
The children's pool is dirty.
The hotel grounds themselves are well maintained.
The restaurant that the big basin has against the price is located, so it's generally dangerous to take anything there. They constantly pour beer and cocktails into mugs with the smell of dirty rags.

A huge green area, lots of flowers, shrubs, palm trees, pines, and all this against the background of a magnificent mountain landscape. Three pools: a large one with slides and a paddling pool. Of the minuses, some "smart guys" take sun loungers by the main pool at 7 a.m., and hang out all day on the beach. Room 601 in the Anex building is spacious: one double bed, one single bed, a couch, mini-bar, TV, balcony, air conditioning works silently. They cleaned it daily, changed the linen twice. There is plenty of food: chicken, turkey, lamb, lula, fish, vegetables, herbs, fruits, a large selection of side dishes, good breakfasts, Turkish desserts in huge quantities, ice cream, drinks for every taste. Excellent cocktails are made in the lobby of the hotel. If you don't want to have lunch in a restaurant, there is a bar near the main pool during the day, where they make shawarma, pizza, gozleme, nuggets, fries and ad infinitum. Since this is the second line, you need to either walk about 700 m to the sea, or take a ride on a transfer along a picturesque, green alley. And this is even more of a plus than a minus. The sea is gorgeous, I don't want to go out. The water is clearer than in Beldibi. Bottom: sand, small and large pebbles — a feature of Kemer. But this is only a plus for me and the teenager, we swim a lot. To the sea, a leisurely 10-minute walk, a shuttle service constantly goes . The road on foot is not tiring, it is very beautiful, the shade of the trees, it turns out to be a walk)There are a lot of staff, everyone is trying, smiling, queues, of course, are not big, but it is not critical at all. We stayed at the hotel from April 29 to May 5.
When choosing a hotel, I always read reviews, reviews about this hotel were mixed, but we were attracted by the beautiful green area. And we did not make a mistake with the choice, we really liked the hotel.
The hotel staff is very attentive and caring. We arrived early in the morning. We were immediately sent for breakfast and were already settled around 10 o'clock. The room is spacious, with a balcony in the main building overlooking the garden.
The green, very well-maintained territory of the hotel. The garden has a cozy atmosphere. There are hammocks, swings, benches with tables, very tasty coffee with sweets.
A gorgeous road to the sea, along a shady alley among the trees. We mostly walked. 7-10 minutes at a steady pace. Those who do not like hiking can get there by shuttle.
There are always free sun beds on the beach. And what a clean, transparent sea. We've been swimming since the first day and didn't want to go out.
We were satisfied with the food, but we are not picky. You could always choose something delicious.
The guys in the bars, in the dining room, the animators are always in a good mood and with jokes.
I really liked the spa center. The entire staff of the spa is very friendly and helpful.
Special thanks to my Mesutu massage therapist. A chic massage with oil and hot stones. After his skillful hands, the pain in his leg, which had been hurting for more than a year, disappeared. It's a pity that we didn't go there on the first day of our arrival. Hammam treatments and massages are a complete relaxation.

Large clean swimming pool.
You will be fed something all day. Breakfast lunch and dinner are a lot of food, varied and quite tasty. Sweet tables are a separate story). From meat turkey, chicken, trout, river and sea and mackerel. Mutton was cooked 1 time, beef was also found only 1 time. In addition, you can have a snack outside the restaurant, then pizza and gozleme, then crumbs or fries, burgers, then Belgian waffles or some huge sandwiches and sandwiches. Ice cream all day. (We haven't even tried a lot of this.) The road to the beach takes 10 minutes with an easy step along the same beautiful path. But there is always an opportunity to use the transfer. The beach is nice, the sea is magical. By about 10 o'clock, there may be a problem finding sun beds. But I think it's solvable. Since there is a whole stack of new ones). There is a bar and a snack bar.
There is animation, especially good for children.
Of the cons: for me personally, it turned out to be a very hard mattress. I suffered for several days and went to the reception. As a result, they brought a soft mattress pad. It got a little better. The second is that the floor is not washed at all. It feels like just before arrival. But they do the kind. The bed and linen are changed. Everything is pure white.
There are no interesting evening performances and the mini-disco is too long and loud.
Bottom line: for your money at today's prices, a normal hotel. It cost us 160 for 12n. If it's more expensive, think for yourself.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel with my son for 10 years. I have great and vivid memories. They lived in the main building. There is a variety of delicious food in the restaurant, by the pool and on the beach. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, green, with pine trees, which make it possible even on the hottest day to walk around the territory after lunch. There are a lot of children in the hotel, so my son had no lack of communication. The hotel has a shallow swimming pool and separate water slides for the joy of children. A shuttle service is available from the hotel to the beach (500-700 meters), but it was not used. It was nice to walk along the shady alley to the sea. Near the hotel there is a small shop with souvenirs and drinks, as well as small shops with cosmetics, oriental sweets, tea, etc.

We liked the hotel. Beautiful, green area, great beach. They were fed a lot and tasty. The staff is trying very hard, there are no comments on the service in the restaurant and bar. The animation is also good , but at a children's disco, children listen to the chatter of the presenter more than they dance. And another wish for the hotel is that the toilet in the lobby is too small and needs to be repaired, especially the internal doors in poor condition.
Overall, the hotel is good, I recommend it to families with children.
