It's hard to imagine a lot of spicy food, what children are fed with. There are many families with children, there is no children's table! The beach is very dirty! The rods are not cleaned, the territory is all in cigarette butts and leftovers of food (fruits, potatoes, nuggets, etc.) People smoke, immediately extinguish cigarette butts and their children and grandchildren run and play on these butts!!! There is smoking everywhere on the territory!!! What would popost from the main building to the territory and back it is necessary to go through the smoking area!!!!which is also located with summer tables in the dining room. Hit by accident. We were with my daughter from 30.04. to 07.05.2024. The hotel is quite old. The main building was built in 1996, the rooms in it are frankly old and unkempt. Cleaning every day, but carelessly, there was dust / dirt on the floor and hair all the time, in general, cleaning is bad. Food: for hot meals, 2 soups, 2 types of meat and / or fish, side dishes and some mixed local ideas of chefs, fruits / vegetables - there are enough desserts, but they are not tasty. No baby food is provided, everything is from the "common" table. The main complaint about cleanliness in the hotel and dining room (periodically there were just dirty dishes in stacks brought from the sink). A three-person hotel, no more. The sea is 10 minutes on foot, the beach is pebbles. They don't clean the beach, there are a lot of cigarette butts from our own vacationers. The location of this hotel itself is far from the village, you need to go everywhere, not too well in my opinion. In general, I can't put more than three in any way.

I am currently staying at the hotel.This is not the first time in Turkey, so there is something to compare it with.In short:
1. the hotel is old, the rooms are broken, but you can live,
2. the rooms are poorly cleaned, I have to carry brushes from the cleaner and sweep after her cleaning additionally
3. in the hotel, in the lobby, in the restaurant it is very stuffy, you walk all wet.There are no normal air conditioners.There are only floor coverings, but they can not cope with the stuffiness and humidity
4. The restaurant is very small, so at lunch and dinner everyone lines up in a Soviet queue to take a place indoors, it's a little cooler there than outside to eat.This is the first time I 've seen this 😳
5.The hotel is 98%Russian, in general, it feels like I'm in the Krasnodar Territory, not in Turkey

The hotel is really good for the price-quality. The rooms are not new, but they are very spacious and everything is working properly. And by the complexion of the families vacationing here, it is clear that this is what they eat, so the enthusiastic reviews about the food become understandable. In this case, I do not share them. As for the service, the waiters work like bees.
The beach is generally great, I don't know why everyone writes about corals, in fact, the entrance is excellent to the sea, the sea itself is just super, even the fish swim, the water is very clean. The passage to the sea is, on the contrary, happiness and the opportunity to walk in the shade of trees. There were 3 weeks with children under one year old and 5 years old in June-July 23. The hotel feels like a good 4-star hotel.
There is no gloss. There are queues at the restaurant for some dishes, it's a little crowded. The food is good.
You can have coffee in the garden. The huge number of disposable cups is surprising at the current time, when the world is littered with garbage.
Excellent road to the beach, we always walked. The beach is just Anapa or Sochi at the height of the season. It is one for 3 hotels - armas kaplan, festival and pinara. Only armas staff is being cleaned. The beach is very crowded!! Cigarette butts are everywhere. The rest of the garbage is cleaned, but not thoroughly. Turks and Russians smoke and put cigarette butts right in the sand. I will never choose this hotel again because of the beach.

We stayed at this hotel in June 2024. We couldn't stop by once, there were no places. They offered a nearby hotel for 1 day, we agreed. We are very tired. As it turned out, many were offered the same thing. We received a late check-out as compensation. The hotel is old and poorly cleaned. There are swarms of flies in the restaurant. They smoke everywhere, on the beach too. You can choose the food in the restaurant for yourself, it's bad only with meat (only chicken and lamb). The hotel has only a decent territory, the rooms are old. At night, music is blaring from the cafe across the street. Ultra all inclusive is not there, although it was stated in the package. The WiFi on site is terrible, there is no wifi at sea. The kitchen is without frills , there are always huge queues . Alcohol is terrible , you can only drink beer . The hotel is not worth the money. If someone has children with light sleep, you are definitely not here, there is no silence at night. And they also washed the floors in the room themselves, so there will be no cleaning.

2. Perhaps some of the disadvantages are due to the fact that we were at the hotel in May. And it will be better in the summer .
3. It still didn't spoil the rest. I try to focus on the pros.
But I sincerely hope that my review will help the hotel become a better place.
We went with a group of 6 people to this hotel in early May (from 9 to 19).
Let's start with the cons.
The most important thing is that the hotel claims to be a top five for nothing. It doesn't smell like it here) I wouldn't even give 4, well, or very far from it. If you have already been to 5 star hotels in Turkey, you will definitely see a huge difference. I think only beginners may not notice these disadvantages.
1. Just half of it doesn't work. Free ice cream for lunch and dinner only. All the counters with him on the territory are not working. The beer stand in the garden is also closed. Ala-there is only one fish card, the second one does not work (more on it later)
2. A meager selection of dishes and almost always the same. Changes by a maximum of 5%. There is no fish day. Fruits: apples, oranges, grapefruits.
3. There is only Americano coffee in the restaurant, which pours through some kind of tube into the vending machine. Where this tube comes from is unknown). If you want a cappuccino, go to the lobby (but it doesn't work for breakfast).
4. No one brings drinks in the restaurant. Stand in line. There was only one evening when the waitress was delivering alcohol on a trolley. And we were there for 11 days.
5. There is no children's table. The child doesn't have much to eat. And choose)
6. There is no champagne. Non - alcoholic only 🙃
7. The rooms are old. Clean, but worn. There are 2 blankets for 3 people. Then they asked for a third one - they gave it to us. The double bed is small.
8. There are no kettles in the rooms, no coffee, no tea, the bar is not replenished in general. They don't even put water on.
9. The transfer to the beach works at will. The reviews said that he walks every 5 minutes. This is not the case at all. According to the schedule, he should start driving at 8 a.m. We went to the beach early and never once in all 11 days did he go to 8. At least at 8.20, the driver was just chatting with the guards and drinking tea. The break should be from 12.30 to 13.00, but somehow we waited for the transfer for 20 minutes at 11.30 and it turned out that the driver was at lunch.
10. The staff is generally friendly, but you won't see a million smiles like in other 5 star hotels. Especially from a woman who makes tortillas for as long as we go, it's always super cute women who are friendly with you. It feels like you're straining her.
11. Alya Rybny is located in the hall with Buddha figures). Restaurants are always decorated in the same theme. And you also can't choose the dishes. They are the same for everyone (but everything is tasty enough)
12. Wi-Fi in the rooms works great. The territory is not normal everywhere. It doesn't ship in the lobby. Also (I may be mistaken), in the reviews it was that he is on the beach. But he's not here.
13. The cherry on the cake - there are no SCALES in the hotel! To weigh the suitcases. These are the little things that make up the overall impression.
Honestly, if the hotel claimed to be a 3-star hotel, there would be no complaints at all, because you wouldn't expect anything else. But here you go with different expectations.
About the advantages:
1. Nature. It was my first time in Kemer, so the flora and fauna are impressive. Pine trees, beautiful forest nearby (behind Rixas),
2. The area is beautiful, I especially liked the garden. The fragrance is amazing on the territory itself. Oranges, lemons grow there, beautiful birds fly) in the morning you go - they sing. Still very clean, constantly cleaned
3. There was delicious red fish almost every day.
4. Our men also appreciated the soup in the likeness of Hash.
5. Alcohol is also good. We appreciated the beer and the rose wine. Bartenders can make cocktails off the menu if you ask.
6. The road to the beach is also very beautiful.
7. The sea is incredible, transparent and of stunning color.
8. There are enough sunbeds on the beach) a drinks bar and a small snack bar.
And 2 more important points. For each of them, I add one star to the hotel.
1. Animation. Well done guys. They are not too annoying, but they are always polite, funny and endearing. The child did not go to the mini club, but I saw that there were a lot of children there.
2. Hookahs. They are right on the territory ($15). I'm super picky about them, but they're on top here. I smoked several times. You can go inside (like me), it's atmospheric there. Or you can go to the bar, many were brought to the tables.
From the recommendations:
- be sure to take the corals. There were people on the beach who their agents didn't tell for some reason. Well, it really hurts without them, I think.
- there is an 08 bus to Kemer (35 lira or 1 dollar). Fast enough. Stop in front of the hotel.
- If you go around Riksos Tekirova, you can climb the mountain with a beautiful view.
- I really liked the corn on the beach ($2) in a separate counter. Berries are 50% sweet; 50% not)
To sum up, if you are already a seasoned tourist in Turkey, I do not recommend it.

There were enough sunbeds on the beach for everyone. Food - apparently, after last year's negative reviews, the hotel decided to improve this side and strengthened it so that the food here is now objectively better than in the European network five. Let's even take such a simple indicator that meat is "in a piece", and not in the form of fricassee, etc. it is present three times a day, at all meals. Yes, of course, there is not enough gloss and glamour, in this sense, everything except food is simpler. The beach is not equipped as in the "real fives", but these are tolerable trifles - nevertheless, there are sun beds with mattresses, and a bar on the beach, and water in the bar, and burgers, and a shower, and a toilet. The fact that the toilet can be dirty, like the locker room - so, I'm sorry, you need to use it carefully yourself, and not pee in the locker room and behave like on the last day of the Earth's existence. Yes, the sand will not be raked on the beach in the evening. And yes, they can mess around with room cleaning, but the issue of cleaning or not bringing water to the room is solved easily and quickly. Yes, there is no soap and separate shampoo in the room - only the "nooname" gel. But otherwise, the hotel is more than on the level, at a price significantly cheaper than serious fives. good hammam and sauna, excellent massage - and cheaper again than in the same "Hemera". Therefore, I remember the hotel for myself and will recommend it to those who appreciate quality, but without show-offs and understand that a Golf Resort costs OTHER, sorry, money)).

The hotel is excellent, the staff is polite with humor, the nature is gorgeous, the food is for every taste, round the clock, the rooms are large, 500m walk to the sea along a gorgeous pine alley.

We were on May holidays, the occupancy rate of the hotel is 75%, the territory is green, the food is good, there are fish every day, different, including trout. The alcohol is different, of normal quality. The sea is clear. The staff of the hammam are unobtrusive, as in some other hotels.

28.05.2023. I really liked it, a huge territory, a huge swimming pool, lots of greenery, friendly staff, the kitchen is super and varied every day. The only downside is that time flew by quickly.
