Great hotel, everything is as in the photo. The plumbing is new, the furniture is good. The staff is attentive and polite. The breakfasts are simple, porridge, scrambled eggs, fruits, cheeses, sausages, there is a coffee machine. Convenient location, 30 minutes walk from Novza metro station. Bus stops are nearby. I recommend it!

We stayed at the hotel from 06/03/24 to 06/17/24., family room. Upon arrival, we were checked into the wrong room that was paid for. There were many nuances in the reservation room that were actually missing! There was no safe, bedside table, iron, ironing board, large towel (3 of us, 2 towels), bathrobes (none). The bed linen for the sofa where the baby was supposed to sleep was out of size (not made up!). The walls in the room are all scuffed, painted in places by previous small residents. We contacted the reception (in the entire hotel only one administrator speaks Russian well) and offered to stay in this room for a day, then move into the paid one. We made concessions, agreed! A day later we moved into a paid family room, of course there was everything that was in the description, but the very condition of the room leaves much to be desired...the carpet on the floor is very dirty, the curtains are not the first freshness, the wallpaper on the walls has scuffs, the sink is not attached in the bathroom (it was always shaking when used), the shower had rust on the watering can. Ie, even this room has long been in need of repair and good cleaning! When cleaning the room, they constantly forgot to provide the 3rd towel, and it felt like the vacuum cleaner was not used at all!!! And once the room was not cleaned at all, from the word at all, as it turned out later, there was a holiday and cleaning simply did not work that day, and for some reason we were not even warned in advance ((( Breakfasts were included in the price, but there was nothing to eat!!! (Cold bluish fried eggs, cottage cheese and the smell of sour, overcooked, dry egg-type "pizza", baked goods with mold, instant coffee only (((There was porridge, pancakes, cheese, sausage, salad, fruits, vegetables, juice, everything else just shifted from the last day (boiled eggs, samsa, cookies, cottage cheese, etc.) has not gone bad at all yet! Of course, everyone makes their own choice, but it seems to me that they don't really want to see guests there if they accept them like that!!!

A very nice and cozy hotel. The room was clean, the staff was polite and goes to meet the guests in their requests. The sound insulation is very good. When we walked down the corridor to our room, there was a noise from the neighbor's room, but when we entered our room, the neighbors could not be heard at all. The plumbing is good. The bed is clean, but the mattress is hard, but for some reason it is in many hotels in Uzbekistan. There is dirt on the walls in places, but not critically. The breakfasts are simple, nothing special, but there is something to eat.

We checked in late at night, tired. The bed linen was dirty, in the hair, not ironed, either they wash it that way, or, indeed, they did not change it after previous visitors. The decorative pillows are all stained. A young man was called from the reception, he saw everything and went to get other underwear. I brought it and started changing it, seeing that my mother and I began to help, as a result, we made all three beds ourselves. Instead of sheets, duvet covers were laid, since the sheets were all wet after washing))), there were not enough pillowcases, they covered with duvet covers. The towels are gray-yellow, torn, they asked to change, but there were no spare ones, since the spare ones are all wet after washing. Having a 3-storey hotel and not having spare sets of bed linen is a shame!

Отель расположен недалеко от центра. Рядом есть магазины и рестораны. Вежливый персонал отеля. Вкусные полноценные зактраки по системе шведский стол. Набор полотенец для всех частей тела, и наборы для душа. Даже одноразовые щётки с зубной пастой есть. Но есть небольшой минус. Если окна номера будут выходить на сторону соседнего ресторана DUDA, то половина весёлой ночи вам обеспечена, пока не закроется ресторан. И в коридорах могут убирать ночами. Жутко шумит пылесос, который тоже может мешать спать. А в целом все очень достойно.

This is a former Radisson Hotel. Very not bad for your money. It would be nice to update the walls in the san node. And the room itself is quite stylish.
I lived only two days, so I won't be able to evaluate the cleaning.
Breakfast is acceptable. There is a salad, slicing: 2-3 types of cheese and 1-2 meat; flakes (the simplest), cottage cheese, pancakes, porridge, scrambled eggs, sausages, pizza (one name), a little slicing of vegetables, nuts, sweets: candy lollipops and pastries (for an amateur, I don't eat that) Tea bags, instant coffee, milk.
The reception staff is responsive. It is possible to leave your luggage after check-out for the required time.

I booked a hotel through a booking service. Two adults, one year old child. Upon check-in, the staff learned for the first time that they needed a cot for a small child. They offered to put a cot or sleep in the same bed.
And in the end, they admitted that the guest took the last crib home with him. Very interesting.
Dark narrow corridors, old doors, locks to the room with an ordinary key. Smelly, dirty rooms greet guests from the doorstep.
Leaky, old towels, rusty watering cans in the shower and running water from the bathroom onto the carpet in the hallway will greet guests further.
And finally, the hardest and most uncomfortable mattress, cardboard walls, and the voices of neighbors will take you to sleep.
In fact, it is the same in the second room, which my sister stopped by.
The hotel was chosen based on the rating and the number of positive ratings. The assessment clearly does not correspond to reality.
People, don't waste your money and nerves. The hotel is not worth a penny. And such establishments spoil the overall impression of Uzbekistan.
If you walk past this place, maybe they will finally think that there is a lot to change.

Гостиница не большая, уютная. Завтра был включён, большой выбор, очень вкусно. На рецепшене ребята вежливые, говорят по русски. Номер был на первом этаже# 102. Заходишь, комната большая, на полу ковролин, грязный, в пятнах. Окно глухое, не проветрить. Стоит сырость, ощущение страрого подвала. Духота и сырость добивали. Кровати удобные, постель чистая. В ванной комнате, вытяжка гудит как самолёт на возле, её надо чистить. Душ : всё течёт, стекло закрывает не большую часть, шторки нет. Помылся и можно мыть теперь ванную комнату. А в остальном всё нормально.

We had a rest with friends on Nauryz, we liked everything very much. Thank you very much to manager Jamshid for his help in booking rooms and finding a guide. The breakfasts were delicious croutons, fresh cottage cheese, yoghurts, porridges, etc.

Новый, прям с иголочки отель. Чисто, современно, уютно. Молодой отзывчивый персонал, говорят по русски. Обильный завтрак включён в стоимость (для вегана, правда, выбор еды совсем маленький, мюсли, орехи, овощи, фрукты).
Дважды останавливался в этом отеле во время своей командировки. В каждом номере, где я был, есть рабочее место, вайфай, чайник с пакетиками чая-кофе, кондиционер - я комфортно поработал пару дней, пользуясь удалённым доступом через интернет.
В десяти минутах от отеля есть 1) круглосуточные банкоматы, принимающие карту Мир (на углу Мукими и Руставели), 2) крупное отделение банка Ipak yuli.

It absolutely does not correspond to reviews and ratings, the rooms are in poor condition, the walls are dirty, the mattresses are hard. There is no refrigerator, and there are no bedside tables near the beds. The carpet is stained all over. Of the advantages, there are breakfasts, but by the standards of Tashkent, they are definitely not the best (below average). The impressions of the visit are negative. Понравился отель, удобные для спины по жёсткости матрацы, чистая постель и хорошее расположение поблизости от множества кафе и ресторанов, напротив шикарная кухня в ресторане сим сим. Всё понравилось. Единственно отелем была отменена моя бронь по букингу, но вроде как понял это из за карточки, не повлияло на проживание.

Прекрасный Отель, предоставлены все условия для комфортного проживания, Очень приветливый персонал, менеджеры,
Везде чисто, спокойная обстановка, хороший Wi-Fi. Завтрак включен в стоимость проживания, отличное разнообразное питание в ресторане, дружелюбное отношение к посетителям.
Расположение Отеля очень удачное, Рядом остановка общественного транспорта, доступный сервис такси. В городе работает Yandex-Taxi, все максимально удобно и быстро.
Рекомендую Отель для проживания. Отличный вариант.

Прожили в этом отеле 3 дня, чисто, я и моя семья довольны
Чисто, уютно и наверное самая выгодная гостиница в том районе:)
Как двухкомнатный большой семейный номер может стоить 50$ это просто сказка!
Есть много отелей по близости за эту цену предлагали стандартный двухместный номер а здесь прям большой двухкомнатный номер
Завтрак очень хорошо!
Уборка номеров в порядке
Интерьер хороший!
Но! Но! Нету бассейна и сауны :(
Интернет чуть чуть слабоват

Отель неплохой, в номере все есть, кондиционер работал исправно, хорошее соотношение цена качество. Единственное самый большой минус это матрас, он до жути жёсткий, на следующий день после сна на нём спина отваливается.

Неплохо, чисто, вкусный, разнообразный завтрак.
Были в январе, не понравился холод в лифте, но это, понятное дело, сезонность - летом там будет жара)) В номере тоже было холодно, но два кондиционера быстро подняли температуру до комфортной.

Номер хороший ! И кровать отличная ! 204 номер ! Наверное и все ! В день заселения прислали сообщение что могут нас принять после 17-00! Нам было все равно поезд приходит 18-20 ! Приехали часов в 19 номер не готов ! Приложили погулять минут 30.... Погуляли.... Пришли около 21го !!! Номер готов , только без полотенец ! Пришлось ходить вылавливать парнишу просить полотенца ! Принес какие то обтрепанные.... Нам уже было все равно )) ну и завтраки ! Первый день пришли 20 минут 10го уже не чего не было.... Колбаса ! Чай и кофе ! На вопрос будет ли ещё чего , сказали что уже 10 ! Высказали потом Администратору... Про завтрак ! Сделали скидку.... Потом стали пораньше приходить.... Столы или все заняты ! Или сами убирали что бы сесть ! Да и сам отель далеко от всего !!! Пользовались такси

Отличный отель, номер чистый, современная сантехника. Завтраки обильные и вкусные. Кровать удобная, с новым матрасом. Отель находится от метро минут 20 пешком. Ездили на такси, оно не дорогое.

Хороший, чистый номер. Но про уборку отеля забыли предупредить. Ключи нужно сдавать на ресепшн, чтобы ваш номер убрали.
Завтрак (шведский стол) хороший. Тихо, уютно, чисто. Номер очень комфортный. Душ, туалет — всё удобное. Персонал приветливый.

Номер 101 на первом этаже, поэтому шторы даже днём не откроешь( как в аквариуме) приходится постоянно использовать искусственный свет, 2-х спальная кровать занимает практически всю комнату, пришлось двигать ее, чтобы освободить пространство для утренней зарядки. Рядом кабак DUDEK, в котором каждый вечер видимо дискотека и музыка слышна даже с закрытыми окнами до 12:30 вечера. Когда душно, приходится открывать окно, запахи выхлопных газов и сигарет сразу врываются в комнату. Завтраки включены с 7 до 10, но уже в 9-9:30 мало чего остаётся, пришла раньше- некуда сесть, пришлось идти с тарелкой в номер. За 3 дня никто не попытался убраться, закончившуюся туалетную бумагу любезно принёс админ, когда попросила.

Современный, уютный отель. находиться в центре города. Кондиционер, новая сантехника и мебель . Завтрак шведский стол хороший! Лично мне создавал жесткий матрац на кровати. Но так понимаю это национальная особенностью к этот дискомфорт присутствовал и в других гостиницах, кроме 4 звёзды в Бухаре)
