During our stay, we were impressed by the hotel’s cleanliness and high standards, making it one of the best tourist accommodations we have experienced. Its proximity to the city center, the Red Square, and some of the finest restaurants added immense value to our trip. Additionally, the hotel’s location on one of Moscow’s vibrant streets enhanced our overall experience.

Michael is very friendly and super helpful at the front desk. However, in the lobby washroom is mixed male and female,. I don't understand why !! Otger minor things like breakfast is kind of tasteless and for Muslims it will be more than appreciated if they use separate pan for omelette.

Im very upset cause today 6/8/2024 at 12:30am i told the man in the reception i need water and ice but he did not bring also the workers in the reception at 2/8/2024 at 1:30pm they forgot to take our visa in checked in then they locked our room and disactive our cards when we come back to our room i do not like there procedure that happend at 5/8/2024 at afternoon time even when we give them our visa they did not active our cards automatically we still go and come back to reception i will never come back to this hotel and never recommend to others.
