This hotel is very good! I really do advise you to visit it if you haven’t yet since the staff is so friendly and the rooms are cosy, it’s downtown Astana so you’re going to be able to visit any place you want to! 10/10

It's a wonderful place!!! Excellent location, literally 5-7 minutes to Baiterek and Zhetysu Park. The hotel itself is clean, the room has everything you need. I was especially pleased with the availability of a refrigerator, a hygiene kit (toothpaste and brush), as well as a bathrobe and slippers. There are no complaints about cleanliness. The staff is friendly, very nice women. I agree with other reviews about audibility. Yes, I can hear the voices of the neighbors behind the wall, but it's not critical for me personally. Among the disadvantages, I would single out the flimsy sockets and door handles. Overall, everything is very, very decent. I recommend it for those who prefer not to pay attention to the little things. In any case, nothing can overshadow the impression of a trip to beautiful Astana. 😁
