The hotel is in the house. The location is ideally close to a walk through the center. All the sights are within walking distance. It is very comfortable. Straight 10 out of 10! We took a room consisting of 2 rooms. The rooms are very large, two TVs, two double beds. The linen and towels are clean. Breakfast is delivered to the room at the appointed time, as you say. From 7 to 10. But, of the cons: there is no hair dryer, no mirror (there is only a small one in the bathroom), and very dirty windows, they are just unpleasantly dirty, especially on the balcony. They were probably never washed at all. View from one window to the courtyard, from the other to the roof and the highway. Overall, everything is very good. I wish the development of the Hotel!

Very convenient location and friendly staff. But the rooms are a bit dirty, the carpet on the floor is all dusty, the windows are not washed, the furniture has seen its own. You can stay for a couple of days, no more. The breakfasts are hot, in principle, you can eat, but they are like in kindergarten))

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days in May. There was a late check-in, we were greeted perfectly, placed in a room according to our requests. The room is a double room with a balcony, a single bed, large, comfortable, clean bed linen, towels, bathrobes, slippers, everything was in the room. The hotel is cozy, conveniently located, within walking distance from Bayterek and the green alley, and across the street is the Ministry House. The staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast was delivered directly to the room. We are happy with everything. Hotel - 5, room - 5, staff - 5, location - 5, price - 5. I definitely Recommend The Hotel!👍
