The owners are kindly requested to pay attention to their hotel!!! 1) The staff (administrators) are not at all trained in hospitality, administration and communication, greeting customers. Politics is not friendly. Administrators should definitely be replaced! 2) There is no mirror in the bathroom in room 207 and it is not even going to appear, the outlets in the hallway are not working. 3) Wall sconces are not working. 4) The shower in the bathroom (mixer) is all leaking, not working properly. 5) It is impossible to find your hotel from the courtyard where the garages are, there are no signs or signs!! And from the side of the street, there is no way to get through the barrier, the navigator leads through the barrier. Administrators also do not report this!(( 6) It is absolutely unacceptable to put such cheap toilet paper for guests!!! 6) Cigarette-burned bedside tables, window sill and even mattress !! 7) Fellow owners of this unfortunate hotel, at least sometimes visit your brainchild, bypass the housing stock (rooms) and then perhaps you will receive words of gratitude !! So far , the score is 3- ! Pay special attention to the administrators, either train them or say goodbye! We wish you success and prosperity, but with all the shortcomings and minuses worked out!!! Remotes without batteries. Everything must be requested from the reception. Breakfast is not included. The strangeness with the prices: the two in front of me for a room for 2 people gave the amount they charged me for a single room, although when I booked from the booking I had it written "room with a double bed".
